The lobby was locked up. There was nobody around to get help finding our room. Rooms were not clearly labeled. So, we drove around multiple times trying to find our room. We did not know where to park. We even walked around the premisises with our luggage to try to find our room. We booked this hotel because we thought it was in the casino. It is not in the casino. It's down the hill from the casino. Staying here was not convenient at all.
