Very convenient to downtown. Right next to a bar so it can be noisy at night if you have little ones. Bring your own towels, blankets and pillows. Not enough of any and the towels had a sour smell.

Limited parking space. Tiny house could really use a refresh. Definitely showing wear. Some cobwebs and less than clean dishes, but satisfactory for the price. Super convenient location.

Awesome rental situation for our family visiting Leadville even with an overnight low of 1 degree. Cabin was cozy and stocked with everything we needed. Our only recommendation would be an additional curtain to block off the main level bedroom nook. Thanks for hosting we’ll definitely be back!
