Everything was way above expectations. Amazing service. Free shuttle almost like taxi. Resort isn't far away though but you can whatsapp them your location within city and they literally come pick you up free of charge. They smile and do deliver great service.

An amazing stay - big call out to the staff who all went above and beyond, particularly the very smile shuttle bus driver. Love this hotel, and location.

ラオス滞在中、ティーマーク リゾート ヴァン ヴィエンに5泊しました。 スタッフの皆さんがいつも笑顔で、とても印象が良かったです。 連泊しているうちに私たちのことを覚えてくださり、さりげない声かけや細やかな配慮があり、安心して滞在することができました。 市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、その分とても静かで、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。 毎日湯船に浸かることができ、1日の疲れをしっかりと癒せたのも大きな魅力でした。 朝食は日替わりで少しずつ内容が変わり、滞在中も飽きることなく、毎朝美味しくいただけました。 ヴァンヴィエンを訪れる日本人旅行者の方には、ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

Alles bestens. Keine 5 Sterne wegen der starken Lärmbelästigung durch die Motorboote welche ab 7 Uhr morgens auf dem Fluss unterwegs sind und einen Höllenlärm machen. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, trotzdem ein absolutes No-Go obwohl die Lage am Fluss optimal wäre ohne diese Belästigungen.

5* service, staff so friendly and helpful. Fantastic view from the swimming pool of the mountains. Huge rooms.
