The hotel was excellently located and we could walk the easy 300m to the entrance to Petra. The room was well maintained and very comfortable and the mountain view was beautiful. We loved the pool and the sauna, and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day hiking at Petra. The included breakfast was good, but the service was inconsistent, and didn't live up to expectations as we were told it started at 6.30am, only to arrive to be told to come back later, and many items were not available. Additionally, not replenishing shower gel when it runs out showed a lack of attention to detail. The hotel has great potential and just needs to organise itself to live up to its luxury claim.

Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests.

Vi fick ett premium rum med fin utsikt mot Petra och bergen. En oförglömlig solnedgång. Väldigt vänlig personal. Bara fem minuter från Petra visitors center. Personalen kan ge bra tips inför besöket. Vi testade inte spa eller restaurang.
