Regarding our visit to Tranquil Villa with Captivating Desert Views #A at the Legacy Villas Resort in La Quinta, Ca. September 23, 2023 This is the 5th Legacy Resort unit we have rented over the past few years. We thoroughly enjoy Legacy Villas, but will never again rent a place hosted by “Allie” of Desert Sol. Without a doubt this Del Sol unit the worst place we have stayed in, not only the unit itself, but the irrational lack of customer service. My wife and I arrived just a few minutes after 4pm, our designated check-in time. At 4:50 we called the customer service number to report that the TV did not work and that we thought the place was dusty. Wiping a finger across a table came away dusty. I received no response. At 5:20, I called again stating the same. We received no response. We were disappointed that no one responded to our calls. On Desert Sol’s email of September 22, Allie said to let them know if we need anything. On our arrival date, September 23rd, I received another email from Allie to let them know “right away” so that they could remediate any problems. 4 hours later At 10:19 pm on Saturday, I received an email from Allie stating that if we are not happy, we can leave and they will refund for any unused nights. Allie also stated that the “Roku” remote is the only remote we need to operate the TVs. She also offered to have their professional cleaning company return to rectify any deficiencies. We declined as our vacation did not include monitoring a cleaning
