Cheery Swansea Home on Calmont Pond w/ Dock!

The house was very clean and nice. Loved the dock and the water. I felt like it was well stocked and the bathrooms were nice. There were a few things I didn't care for though. First was the cameras. They were all outdoors that I know of, but it felt very intrusive. At one point in the evening I saw a flash like a trail cam took my picture. I'm not 100% sure that was what it was but it made me super uncomfortable. I didn't see that they have cameras in the listing. And second is the door to the master bedroom. It's glass and you can see all the way in from the the porch. It also didn't lock correctly. I really felt exposed.

Excellent location and very relaxing place to stay.

Spacious home on the shore of a regional lake. Plenty of room between neighbors. All the amenities necessary for a relaxing sanctuary. Really enjoyed waking up to privacy.

Great place, clean and comfortable, Beautiful Waterfront and fishing!!

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. We explored nearby Congaree National Park. The property is located off of a two-mile-long dirt road, which is rough, but passable.
