Amazing Big Home - Cinema Room Pool and Jacuzzi

Beautiful home, the host was very responsive and instructions were clear. The home itself is beautiful, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly want to enjoy your stay whether with family or friends. I would definitely stay here again.

We had no heat for the first 2 days. It was 63 degrees in the house and we had a newborn, a 2 year old and a 4 year old. It was totally unacceptable. The eventually got it fixed after calling out 2 different technicians. I request a refund for the 2 days the heat was not working.In addition, the did not provide enough towels and we had to request additional towels. The salt shaker was also broken.

I was not really comfortable on the beds as there were bugs and cockroaches around. Bedsheets were smelly and I had to buy few on my own. Pool and tub was not cleaned up. Garbage bins were already full. Tv in living room area was not working Water pressure was not ok within the restrooms

the pictures were nice, so my expectations were high for myself and family, when we arrived the pool was dirty and and inside smelled like mildew, there were cracks in the ceils and walls as well as the base moldings and shower tiles, the pool deck was covered in rock which were cracked everywhere and some almost fell into the pool, the air conditioner could not keep up and when we went to bed it was almost 77 degrees, we reach out to the property manger and he sent a service tech out to check the system, he replaced the filter and told use it was working well, we set the temperature to 68 and when re returned the next afternoon it was 80 in the house, we call again and spoke with Josh, he told me it was a older home and not well insulated and that the system was preforming its best, he sent another tech out the next day to check it and came up with the same answer, it was working well, not happy to sleep when its so hot inside !!!! the house did not have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, only 1 TV in all 5 bedrooms, the property was not well maintained for a family outing, will contact you for a refund shortly
