NEW! Luxury Indio Oasis w/ Private Pool & Spa

Came down for 2 weeks to attend Indian Wells tennis tournament . House was in perfect location, quiet, spacious , clean with huge tvs in all rooms ( to watch even more tennis)!

Where do I start.. the listing is VERY INACCURATE. No air fryer. Says ALL NEW APPLIANCES. DISHWASHER DIDNT work the entire stay. Owner said there was issues prior to us arriving. So obviously NOT new. King bed in 3rd bedroom was awful. Very unsturdy and mattress not even. Again NOT new. No lights in BBQ. Both lights in garage burnt out. Light in master bedroom burnt out. Inches of dirt on patio furniture.Window in 3rd bedroom broken. Did not lock entire stay. Owner said “don’t worry about it safe place” had to reply to messages from owner all 6 days. Did not feel like a vacation as something was always happening. Said on 4 different days dishwasher was coming to be replaced. Hand washed dishes entire stay. Dishwasher never arrived. Owner was upset that we did not want strangers in the house while we weren’t there and with all our personal belongings there. Threatened to end our stay. I have screen shots of all texts proving my review. Pool and spa worked great. Layout of house was good. It just would have been nice to not have to work and deal with stuff in a daily basis during my holiday.

Everything was excellent and no complaints

The house was a great location for us we were able to hit a few local restaurants with no problem and we were walking distance to the Polo Club.

Was a smooth rental process. The VRBO fees were a bit overwhelming but overall a great experience.
