Golf-course & water-view condo with central AC shared pool hot tub

It was just a quick getaway thatvwas perfect. The room was great and atmosphere of baytowne was fun. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet, easy access, love garage parking, location, stores, and beach nearby. Enjoy safe walking paths.

Great area!

The garage parking was very limited for Elation. Most of the condo was clean. It did smell like food had been fried with old grease. The bedding (pillows and mattress pad) had large stains on them. These issues were communicated to Vacasa. They brought us a clean mattress pad, but did not take the dirty one. I requested new pillows and they said they would get back with me and never did. They did nothing about the smell, so we bought plug-ins to cover it while we were there. We later found quite a bit of mold on the inside of the shower curtain. The curtain had been folded over on itself and when I pulled it fully open there were large amounts of mold on the curtain in 3 places. I didn’t reach out to Vacasa about the shower curtain because it was our next to last day there and we were just ready to be done with it. Also, the bed had 2 huge craters and was uncomfortable. While Vacasa apologized for the condition of the condo each time I reached out to them, they did not execute successful remediation for the problems. Sandestin was amazing, just not our condo. I would not recommend.
