Very clean and quiet place with plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay and will do it again soon.

Wow. Just wow. I visited with my 4 children ages 9-13. Beautiful grounds and so much to do in the area. I have stayed at oodles of resorts with my children and for the price this one has been my very favorite. If it’s a little chilly just rent wetsuits and your kids will spend hours playing in the ocean waves and sand. The rental had a great sand wagon, 3 buggie boards, sand toys, games and even play blocks! The outdoor penthouse area was AWESOME. Great view. We did legoland and the Zoo but honestly the kids loved playing with the provided toys in the ocean the very most. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, well stocked property, lots of room to spread out for our big family, amazing rooftop patio! Beautifully updated renos and decor. Only negative was that both of the bathtubs need some repair or replacement as there is damage to both.

Extremely happy with our stay here. NCV itself is stunning and the amenities put it over the top. Our condo made it a perfect stay. "Penthouse" bedroom (as our kids called it) upstairs & good sized extra bedroom downstairs. Perfect way to spread out family & guests. The rooftop view is stunning - with room for all. Condo was stocked with adequate cooking supplies, a dishwasher, beach going necessities (including a wagon🙌🏻), beds were nice & decor is cute & comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

This place was AMAZING! We stayed for 5 days with our 8 and 11 year old. There was EVERYTHING we needed, from beach towels to beach toys for the kids and an air fryer for the boyfriend 😆 The place was immaculate when we walked in! The upstairs King size bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and the view of the ocean was unreal! I highly recommend staying here. We had to switch condos at the last minute and On The Sand was so great to accommodate all of our last minute needs! Already booked the place for next year!
