Perfect Location! 5 Star Property. Family Friendly.

Roger communicated everything well and answered questions quickly. Check in was simple and house was ready when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with everything but the food. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, cleaning items were available. Beach items (towels, wagon, kids toys, chairs) were supplied. Check out was simple, basic cleanup , leave dirty linens out, run the dishwasher. Absolutely loved the house and could easily see 2 sets of adults and 2-4 kids staying here. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is that the local beach is perfect for families with young children, shallow with small, if any, waves. My wife want's to listen to the waves so in the future we will probably stay in Port Aransas.

We had an amazing time here my family loved it the house had everything we needed even beach items like chairs and beach toys for my grandkids..I would definitely recommend it and hopefully we can stay again..perfect spot!!

Great location, close to the Rockport & Aransas beaches & Corpus Christie. We enjoyed both beaches & The Texas State Aquarium. The Sunshine Cottage was our home away from home for a week. We crafted, played games, & loved our time there as a family.

We loved this house and will definitely be back. Location is great for fishing, shopping, and more. Only complaint would be that the fridge and freezer smell “fishy” but I guess that’s to be expected in a fishing town. I bought baking soda to try to freshen it up but no luck.

This place was perfect! The host thought of everything! Literally! Beach toys, towels, chairs, gear - all available so no need to waste car space bringing your own. So many games for kids of all ages. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, large dining table, lots of seating, soft towels…. The location was perfect also. I can’t wait to visit again!
