L’état des lieux ne représente pas les photos sur le site. Pas de lobby pour accueillir. On dirait motel fantôme. Seul point positif la chambre fraîchement rénovée. Pour le reste c’est terrible!!!! L’emplacement est aussi très bien. Pas recommandé. J’ai déjà loué à Hyannis pour beaucoup moins cher et beaucoup mieux

When we arrived the hotel looked deserted so I called and found out they seem to have a few properties connected on the street. Mid October is off season so we were moved to the harbor hotel a block away. I was very grateful for this since the other one was a ghost town. Out stay at the harbor hotel was fabulous. Very large rooms, very clean, and all staff were great. This is also located across from the ferry so the location was perfect. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants on the street with Spanky’s being fabulous for their lobster roll.

Check in efficient and welcoming.

The hotel apprears to have recently undergone a massive expansion. This made it easy to get lost looking for one‘s room, especially at night as when I checked in. I eventually found my room, with the help of a fellow guest and Samaritan who had just gone through the same ordeal the night before. I advise the hotel to improve its signage and possibly delegate a staff member to accompany newcomers to their rooms.
