Sentral Alea Miami

It was not an actual hotel. Just a room someone listed on hotels.com. They tried to cancel my reservation the day I was arriving so I had to call and confirm again. The shower was not clean, there were stains on the bathroom walls and there was a dirty toilet brush.

Room was not vacuumed when we checked in. Disappointed at the condition of the apartment overall - walls dirty and marked up, rug dirty, couch had a large burn mark, bathroom condition not great. The positives were the pool area, as well as the gym was large and had lots of equipment. The condition of the common space was good. Due to the cost, I expected an apartment in better condition.

Wonderful stay and location was convenient

It was a very nice property. It was great for a place to stay before our cruise, very close to the port!! Also the coffee shop in the lobby was super good

No staff was available for check in and the self check in credit card scanner didn’t work. So we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up. It is very difficult to have things delivered to your room like Amazon packages or DoorDash. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Overall, the service is lacking. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.
