Corner condo w/ Unrivaled views

This condo is in a great location to see all the Miami sights. Photo of view is when looking to the right off of the balcony. Straight on view is buildings. I have never had a host request me to communicate with them off-app before. check-in was delayed due to a late checkout prior to us. The host is very kind, but no reason to need a tour of a studio condo. The condo was clean and well stocked! Bed is EXTREMELY soft, so if that's your thing, this is the place for you. Over all, it did the job for a 2 night stay. Listing says "sleeps 3" - not unless one is a child and can sleep on a small couch or 3 people like sharing queen.

Very warm welcome from Jessica, showed us everything the building had to offer. Unit was absolutely incredible, amazing views! Pictures are actually the unit. Location was the best part, across the street from bayside marketplace. So much food and entertainment right there. Parking on site too ty!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo before going on a cruise, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. Its proximity to the cruise port was a huge plus—an Uber ride to the port was only $10 plus tip, which made getting there super convenient. I noticed a negative review from another guest that seemed to stem from misinformation they received through a third-party booking site. The Vrbo listing clearly stated the occupancy number, and it looks like the guest may have taken their frustration out on the host rather than addressed the source of the confusion. I want to emphasize that both the condo and the host were exceptional. My host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a great stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway, especially future cruisers! Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful View, the place was perfect. Good communication. I would have loved to get in the spa after long days, but it wasn’t on both days.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a rental. First, communication with the host was not handled directly through Expedia, but through Vrbo, which wasn’t clearly mentioned. The condo was advertised on Expedia as accommodating 14 people, so we expected a spacious place. We were only four, which should have been more than enough space. However, just days before our arrival, we were informed of an error—the condo was actually meant for no more than three guests! By then, it was too late to cancel without a penalty. This left us in an uncomfortable situation, with inadequate sleeping arrangements. The condo, in reality, only suited two people comfortably and had no sofa bed. The host gave us an air mattress, which didn’t work, forcing us to sleep on the floor. Our arrival was equally disappointing. Despite confirming our check-in time several times in advance, the condo was not ready when we arrived around 3:15 pm (even though check-in was at 3). We had to wait with all our luggage as the host finished cleaning, which was extremely frustrating. To top it all off, the listing claimed that parking was included, with no mention of extra fees. On arrival, we were told there was no parking, and we’d have to park on the street. Then, the host tried to charge us extra for parking, which was never disclosed in the description. If you’re considering this listing, think twice to avoid a ruined vacation. This place is not recommended at all.
