Room was perfect, it had an amazing view from the balcony. The staff were brilliant. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall it is a good hotel with good location. Swimming pool is a bit small though. I went twice, in the evening and the morning, never see any staff there, no water refill nor any safe gard, which is a bit surprising.

Nice hotel overall, stunning outlook on the lake but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to make it a true 5* hotel and experience. The staff are nice and overall we enjoyed our stay but the decor and facilities would need to be refurbished throughout to consider staying here again. Overall a pleasant experience though.
