Geneva Hostel

I liked how the facilities were organized. Was a stress-free stay!

Very clean and well organised. The cash deposit for use of the fridge was annoying as you return the key, it's because you're leaving, and now you have 30CHF that you might never need again. The kitchen was locked until 8am on Sunday but reception helped me to access my food in time to make my flight. Lots of supermarkets nearby but not sure if I'd feel safe going out at night. Comfy beds, I slept very well.

A place to avoid. The only good thing was the locker really. Could only sleep 1h because 1 guy was visibly sick and snoring loudly all night, and another was making so much noise during the night that he prevented the rest of us to sleep, in a 6-bed dorm. Also the light in the bathroom goes out while you’re in the WC and doesn’t come back until someone enters the bathroom.Terrible experience, never had that at another hostel.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Otherwise, as expected for the price, the bathrooms and dormitories were average.

EVERYTHING WAS CONVENIENT.
