A very spacious, central apartment close to several attractions in central Berlin. The check-in was smooth and booking a place for our car was easy. There are several restaurants and a medium-sized grocery shop 5 min away.

This place is a dump. The buildings and elevator are gross. If you’re on the 8th floor, there’s no elevator access so you have to take stairs. They don’t have PILLOWS!!! Instead, it’s a blanket wrapped in a sheet to make it like a pillow. The bed had hair and the place was GROSS. When we raised the issues with the manager who said he’s also the owner, he didn’t care at all to do anything and doubled down that he told us there is no elevator and they do have pillows. Absolutely horrendous place to stay. There’s a reason it’s so cheap. By the way, no shampoo either even though it’s an “aparthotel”

The property was fantastic inside, although the communal walkways were a little tired and in need of an update. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The check in process was easy and the staff were really friendly. We were also extremely close to many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent modern decorated apartment for a self catering holiday. Large supermarket very nearby. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff, with special mention for Almamy. Very close to attractions and public transport but quiet for an inner city location. Be aware that the apartment building is across 2 blocks but the furthest are not very far to walk from the check in office

Some of the pictures on the listing are not exactly of the property. It is basically an old East German building and entry way has not been updated. The pros of the property are the location and cleanliness. The cons are it is an older, stark building and the elevator does not go all the way to the top. If you do not arrange checkin prior to your arrival, and you arrive after the office has closed, there is no way to contact anyone (no one answers the after hour phone) to assist you (with check in or any other issues). There is no air conditioning and we had to ask for fans- they only have one fan for each apartment and they assist very minimally.. A staff member mentioned they have over 400 apartments in the city and a full team of employees but their after hours support and overall flexibility to meet the customers’ needs was extremely poor. They were very rigid as to the check procedures. In addition, there was a communal coffee machine in the lobby, but had a sign “out of order.” While waiting to checkout, we saw several employees walk up and help themselves to coffee- one even laughed that the sign must be misleading for guests as they are prevented from using it but staff uses it right in front of them.

위치가 너무 좋아서 주변 관광하기에 편했으나 부엌에 쓸만한 조리기구들이 너무 부족했고 바닥의 청결상태도 그닥 깨끗하다는 느낌이 들지 않았어요. 그래도 동네가 조용해서 청결상태가 그리 예민하지 않다면 가족숙소로 추천합니다. 주변에 큰 수퍼마켓과 쇼핑몰이 있어서 장기숙박하기에도 좋은 숙소입니다.

Das Apartment gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist super und es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig. Leider war das Duschgel/Schampoo bei unserer Ankunft leer und wir fanden zurück gelassene UW zwischen dem Bügelbrett und Kleiderständer im Badezimmer. Das freundliche Personal hat sich dafür entschuldigt.

The location is good if you like to be in the heart of the historic places. It was absolutely quiet at night. Spacious, big corridor, but very basic. There wasn't any essentials: shampoo, body wash, salt... Poor equipped kitchen.

First the pros, then the cons. Pros: Location was fantastic. Size of the apartment was also VERY large, especially for central Berlin. Kitchen was well appointed. Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The entire setup felt as though they were checking off the boxes for items (all purchased at IKEA). The bathroom was very ill-designed (for example, there was no inner shower curtain, so after every shower, the entire floor was soaked). Also, the tub was extremely high step-in, so people with mobility issues should be aware of this. Overall, the rooms presented in the picture are not representative of the entire property. Our apartment appeared to be renovated some time in the 80's. The location does really provide a lot of value, so that's not to be overlooked, but you should keep your expectations in line with the comments listed above.

Fantastic location. 1bedroom apartment with kitchen, TV room, bathroom and washing machine. The apartment is large in a secure building on 3rd floor with lift and 2 metal balconies. The facilities are functional but basic, beds are very firm, dining table, only 2 chairs, TV room with very low sofa that is not very comfortable. An extra pillow for the beds and cushions on the sofa would be welcome additions. Local restaurants, supermarket, and Berlin Mall are all close. 5 minutes from Brandenburg Gate, US Embassy, UK Embassy and French Embassy.

The apartment offered plenty of room and light (big windows and a balcony) for our travel party of five. It included all the necessities plus a few decorative touches. The Location is excellent, right behind the Hotel Adlon. So many attractions are within easy walking distance. Our only complaint would be that showerhead was operational but slightly damaged.

Great location and very spacious. Upstairs was an odd space, listed as being an additional seating area but only one small sofa for 2. Needs more seating upstairs or a futon/bed settee for additional sleeping options. Kitchen was good but really needs a microwave.

This property is conveniently located and makes walking to many of the historical sites around Berlin very easy. The street is loud and there is no air conditioning but we appreciated that is was spacious and so centrally located.

The apartment was very big and spacious with nice views. Very centrally located and walkable to a lot of popular areas. The condition of some things could've been better. The shower was broken which they did not fix. The furniture was old and was ripped from parts. The bathroom was small compared to how big the apartment was. The communication can also improve. I got no response about check-in time as well as fixing the shower etc. The apartments are at different buildings than the reception, some 5-10 mins away- so the entire process is time consuming. But overall worth the price for the location and space!

We really enjoyed our time here. We had a problem with the shower being clogged and no one responded to our email unfortunately. Other than that it was a nice location and layout. Some of the furniture could be replaced and a microwave would be nice. Also a bath Matt and extra towels would be good. I couldn’t shower the last day because I had to use mine to clean the floor from the clogged shower drain.

Great , spacious apartment in a perfect location for viewing the sights of Berlin. A couple of minor issues with the apartment, such as a damaged shower head but didn't cause problems. Communication with the apartments could be improved. The charged my card twice in advance of arrival despite the booking being pay on arrival. They did refund one payment but still incurred transaction fee charges sadly. Informed apartment I would be arriving after they close at 6pm, however I didn't receive instructions to pick up the keys until 5.55 which caused a bit of panic whilst travelling.

Very comfortable apartment, conveniently located. The only thing that might have gone wrong was that I hadn’t been told that checkin needed to happen before 6pm unless I had prepaid. This was luckily sorted out, but could have been disastrous if they had not phoned me at the right time.

저는 늦게 도착해서 직원 안내를 받지 못하였으나 너무 친절하게 열쇠를 맡겨두고 메일을 보내놓아서 메일 안내를 따라 열쇠를 찾고 주차장도 찾았다 친절한 안내는 물론 브란덴브루크문이 가까이 있어서 아침에도 밤에도 들락날락할수 있어서 편했다

Some of the pictures on the listing are not exactly of the property. It is basically an old East German building and entry way has not been updated. The pros of the property are the location and cleanliness. The cons are it is an older, stark building and the elevator does not go all the way to the top. If you do not arrange checkin prior to your arrival, and you arrive after the office has closed, there is no way to contact anyone (no one answers the after hour phone) to assist you (with check in or any other issues). There is no air conditioning and we had to ask for fans- they only have one fan for each apartment and they assist very minimally.. A staff member mentioned they have over 400 apartments in the city and a full team of employees but their after hours support and overall flexibility to meet the customers’ needs was extremely poor. They were very rigid as to the check procedures. In addition, there was a communal coffee machine in the lobby, but had a sign “out of order.” While waiting to checkout, we saw several employees walk up and help themselves to coffee- one even laughed that the sign must be misleading for guests as they are prevented from using it but staff uses it right in front of them.

The apartment is bright and clean, modern, close to the Reichstag, Unter den Linden, and Potsdamerplatz. There is a full time reception area to help guests. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a large grocery store, but no convenience stores. We were able to walk everywhere in central Berlin.

Great location and apartment itself. Lots of room and had everything we needed for our stay. However, the building inside looks like it has not been cared for and is very dark at night which felt uncomfortable trying to get in and out in an unfamiliar place. Overall, felt safe in the area.

The location of the property was the main selling point. Most major tourist destinations are within walking distance. There was limited shopping in the area and the kitchen/dining facility was almost non-existent (very limited menu and the hours of operation were limited). Room was clean, but very dated.

Great spot, 2 stops to station, convenient U and S Bahn stations, clean, secure, good kitchen facilities ( could do with some teabags, sugar etc, but excellent supermarket just down the street has everything) restaurants downstairs, and simple trips to major sights.

The location is outstanding, near restaurants and the city center and lots of historical locations and museums. The apartment and bed were fine, though it seems just rude that they don't provide shampoo or even salt and pepper, or filters for the coffee maker, or soap for the washing machine. But the apartment was spacious, off a major street, and very functional.

We enjoyed the apartment for 4 nights.. It is central to lots of sights with mant eateries close by! It was very clean, quiet and large enough not to feel cramped! Great WIFI and on cold rainy days, good choice of TV apps! The kitchen is fully functional with all you need! The shower is a bit small, but aren’t they all. The in process was great, the girls friendly. English spoken

Communication with the company was poor. Questions over payment were not clear until I checked in at the office. Turned out there should not have been any questions at all. Payment was made during checking in which was quick and easy. Apartment was more than we needed but was comfortable. Walking distance to central station and most tourist areas. Used nearby metro once due to rain. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

The actual apartment is wonderful. It's an attractive spacious studio with a clever layout. Very quiet, with huge sunny windows. Excellent location for sightseeing, amenities, and transport. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Shower/tub combination. The bed is in a corner, so if two of you stay then one will have to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. Five shiny gold stars for the apartment itself! The amenities aren't as good. The elderly washing machine gets things as clean as if you hand-washed them. It leaves clothes surprisingly wet. There is only a drying rack for drying. You have to supply your own washing detergent - but who wants to buy an entire container of detergent for a short stay? Perhaps the heating was turned off for April? It was chilly in the studio, esp at night. I was provided with 1 tiny soap and 2 loo rolls for an 11 night stay. No change of sheets, no cleaning. When I requested more supplies, they said yes, but I had to make the trek to the office to pick them up. Communications were inexcusably bad. I normally never need to email hosts. But I needed to write to them to check what consumables were provided, to highlight an overcharge, and to say the washing machine was not working. They never replied to any of these. But they did without any warning send a washing machine repair person! Would I stay again? Yes. The property itself is great. Sort out the management processes and the laundry facilities, and it would be 5 stars.
