A good stay at the Radisson Blu Hamburg (near the Messe). Breakfast was ‘ok’ although not quite as good at the previous Radisson Blu that we stayed at. It’s in a nice location right next to the botanical gardens - really nice to walk around if you like that sort of thing.

The staff at Radisson Blu Hamburg were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we really appreciated the warm service. The hotel itself also looks very nice from the outside, the reception area was well presented, and the elevators worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was extremely disappointing. The room did not look properly cleaned at all. The bathroom was full of hair; there was hair on the walls and in the shower, including hair that appeared to be stuck to the surfaces. It was honestly quite unpleasant. Even worse, we found several Ctenolepisma longicaudatum/silverfish on the floor in our room. We saw quite a lot of them, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. Unfortunately, it was very late at night when we arrived and we were exhausted, so we decided to stay rather than ask for another room. We barely slept and did not feel comfortable at all. I had planned to mention everything to reception in the morning, but unfortunately there was only one person working at the front desk and there was already a very long queue. As we were also in a hurry, I wasn’t able to properly explain what had happened before leaving. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, because this could have been a much more pleasant stay.

Good location. Overall good rooms. But my first room there is a water leakege then they changed my room . All night water dropps from aircondition. But they changed my room directly. Hotel parking is expensive, becuse when you enter, the time for the fixed price started and if you take out your car before 24 hours you will charge hourly. If not you will get the diacount vocher from hotel reception after your stay. If you want to go out after 3,4 hours dont park inside , try to find outside parking. There is a nearby parking which was only 12 euros for the whole day and when ever u want to go nywhere it will cost you only 12.
