Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Von Quest bin ich bisher immer positiv überrascht worden. Nicht in diesem Fall. Die Rezeption war bei der Ankunft nicht besetzt, Infos zur Hinterlegung der Keycard wurden nicht kommuniziert. Man musste eine Nummer anrufen, woraufhin ein Mitarbeiter von extern kam, um zu sagen, er hätte die Keycard hinterlegt. Aber nicht angerufen, weil er die Nummer nicht kannte. Das Appartement lag im Erdgeschoss. Direkt vor dem Balkon eine Baustelle. Der Whirlpool im Zimmer durfte nicht benutzt werden. Da kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war, gab es auch keine Möglichkeit der Reklamation.

Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

The booking was for 3 people, there were only two towels and although the sofa bed was made it wasn't pulled and and when set up uncomfortable. There was a cashew on the floor so was it vacuumed? Dusty in places. The hot water in the shower was an issue, hot as the fires of hell, borderline danferous, although theres a sign supporting rhis it sgoupd be deLt with. The toaster in the room didn't work and there were no spare blankets, it got chilly so we ended yp turning the heater on in the middle of the night. All the staff we met were lovely, receptionist was lovely, very well presented.

The room was spacious enough and very quiet. However when we arrived at 3pm, there were no towels, only a damp one in wardrobe. I had to request towels, and was supplied with 2 bath towels - we (2 of us) were to be there for 2 days! Disappointed too with the limited supply of coffee (3 satchets) milk (enough for only one day - I had to request more milk). Also, we assumed the room would be serviced while we were out on Saturday and were disappointed to find the wet towels were still there and no fresh ones supplied. Again I had to request towels! The TV was also a pain - possibly my fault but I could only get TVNZ1. Did not like the shower over bath - difficult to get in and out of, and definitely in need of a good scrub! Suggestions/recommendations: 1. Put a laminated list of instructions on the wall for both tv and heat pump operations. 2. Advise customer at checkin if servicing the room can be expected/not expected when stay is for at least 2 nights. If not to be serviced, supply enough towels, etc, when room is prepared prior to checkin. 3. Be more generous with coffee, milk, etc. 4. Upgrade bathroom.
