No breakfast available because on construction they said when we got there. Nothing on the web site about the construction!! But the thing that was extremely disappointing was the $25 charge for parking overnight. We will not return because of that blatant cash grab that was, again, not mentioned on the web. Also the “Lemongrass” body wash in the shower was overpowering !

We were happy with the property (nice room, clean) but we did not know we would be billed an additional $25 for parking. This is rather upsetting as if we had known this we would have made a different decision. We also weren’t impressed by the coffee machine which charged $5 per cup. Do better Marriot Courtyard.

The gym didn’t open until 7 however staff was very accommodating to allow me to go in at 5. Overall the hotel was fantastic, clean too. The overall area was ok - typical airport

Great location, comfortable beds, clean washroom. The carpet around the chair needs a vacuuming badly. We dropped a pair of socks behind the chair and retrieved them covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Thanks.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport and was very impressed. On top of that, there are a few fast-food restaurants close by, which was convenient for a quick bite. Inside, the hotel is well-kept, modern, and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were professional and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport is an excellent choice if you’re flying in or out of Pearson. For the price of this property I was expecting more. It seemed clean but is an old building with rooms that are overdue a renovation. The furniture is old, ( the sofas in the lobby have giant divots in them and looked dirty.) I am not saying that they were dirty, just so over-used it was difficult to tell. The room arrangement bizarrely puts the bed into a corner that requires one to squeeze between it and a small couch to access. The night staff were welcoming but the morning one seemed confused about the timing of the shuttle to the airport, ( an important element of an airport hotel! ) but when said shuttle arrived the gentleman who drove it was a star. Very happy and helpful. It's not a bad bed for a night but for a hundred dollars less, one could stay at the Best Western next door which is priced appropriately. A free coffee in the lobby for guests as well instead of a $5 one.

I used the Hotel app to reserve the room after arriving on a late flight. Check in was easy, took less than 10 mins.I did request extra towels and sheets for the pull out couch: items were delivered quickly. Only two areas for improvement: the air conditioner was noisy and the hair conditioner dispenser was empty.

Room was nice. I didnt realize when I booked it that a button was clicked to NOT have room service, didntbthink that was a thing. After a few days with mo service i requested it and received horrible service from desk and after 4 days they finally came to my door and gave me towels and handed me a garbage bag....not exceptable

The fee for incidentals not advertised nor is the fee for parking. To be told the incidental fee would be triple if a credit card is not used was absurd and then to be charged $25/day plus tax per vehicle for parking on site was ludicrous. Management was not receptive to any dialogue and held firm on their beliefs that check-in would not happen unless these fees were paid - Absolutely Horrible Experience and WOULD NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!!

We had reservations here for pre and post vacation and used park n' fly lot across the road. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, our return flight was delayed and we did not use the second reservation. Although both reservations were pre-paid through Expedia we had a surprise $20 charge (parking?) show up on our credit card. Hotel front desk could not explain charge, and recommended disputing through bank process.

We stayed for just one night due to a long stopover in Toronto. Our flight landed close to 2 a.m., and by then the hotel shuttle was no longer available - the hotel does send an email with the exact shuttle schedule. We ended up taking an Uber, which took only about 5 minutes, as the hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel is currently under renovation, which was also communicated by email, but it did not cause any inconvenience during our stay. Check-in was very quick, and the staff member who assisted us was extremely kind. Since we arrived quite late, I asked if a late check-out would be possible, and it was very kindly granted. The room was very comfortable, and we had a very peaceful night’s sleep. As aviation lovers, we were lucky to get a room facing the airport. We did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. On our way back to the airport, we used the hotel shuttle, which arrived right on time.

This hotel does the bare minimum while charging typical Toronto Airport prices. The rooms are fine but the restaurant is a fake. There are 3 or 4 menu choices (all expensive and none worth the price). There are a few frozen options available in the "store" but minimal selection, high prices and poor quality. We were there for two days because of a storm and wished we\'d picked a hotel that had decent food. We were stuck there on Xmas morning and even the so-called cafe was closed.

Facility was nice overall. Restaurant food was unimpressive, especially for the price. Breakfast WAY too expensive! Buffet unavailable unless booked with room at time of booking. Several really good restaurants around, but crossing the highway to get to them is DEADLY! Convenient location for us given our purposes.

This is a very comfortable and quiet hotel very close to the airport with a free shuttle. the bistro has nice food but I wish that it was open longer. when you arrive later you will have to walk over to the arizona restaurant to get any food. The staff at check in are very friendly. The beds are cozy and comfortable.
