Graham is a perfect host. The cottage is beautiful and has everything needed for a few days away.

The property was warm and spacious. The bed was comfortable and there are 2 nice bathrooms. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated. We would happily return. There is plenty to do locally. We particularly enjoyed the gardens at RHS Harlow Carr, the Jorvik Viking Centre, Fountains Abbey and a walk along Wharfedale to Bolton Abbey. For history buffs a guided walk of the battlefield at Towton was fascinating.

Amazing relaxing cottage with lots of space for us and the dog. Relaxing walk across the estate to local pub.

We loved our stay at Dockenbush Cottage. It was located on a rural property making for a peaceful, relaxing stay. It was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Graham also included a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay not too far from major towns and villages.
