The pool has been closed since 2019 and Hotels.com still lists it as having a pool. I have stayed there 3 times in 3 years and every time the restaurant has been "under remodel"

It's not fancy but it's perfect for that stopover in Juneau on your way to/from the ferry and airport. Clean, freezer facilities for fish and amazing shuttle service.

We walked there from the airport. They have a shuttle that takes you downtown and picks you up there. That was priceless!!!

shuttle arrived at airport a few minutes after I called despite normal driver apparently calling in sick and the desk clerk who picked me up even dropped me at a local bar - very impressive service! this was my second stay in four days and just as good as first- nice large room with fridge & microwave and efficient heating- shuttle next morning worked well- thoroughly recommended (as is McGiveneys bar & restaurant which I frequented!)

One of the 2 elevators were broken. Difficult to get help from the front desk. No luggage carts. Rooms were quite dirty in corners and on the bathroom floor. sinks need fixing - poor drains. The transport was helpful to the hotel, but late.

Had to walk with luggage from airport because our flight was late and I had called them to let them know that our flight was late and wouldn’t be there till after 12 and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem getting a ride. Than told me when I let them know we were ready for our ride that they did not operate between 12-4!!! Worst hotel ever!! Got up the next morning and apparently they were out of creamer and the rest was locked in an office that front desk didn’t have a key for!!! So no coffee!! Will never stay there again

Second elevator remained unusable. Surrounding area appeared “sketchy” at first but was a comfortable place to stay. Staff genuinely friendly and wanting to be helpful - they definitely raised my opinion of this place.

This property was about one-half mile from the airport, which was an important factor when we had to WALK to the airport after our scheduled 3:30 am airport shuttle had not arrived by 3:45 am. Luckily, we were capable of walking that one-half mile with our luggage and we had the company of 6 other travelers who also had booked the shuttle.

Room was dingey, didn’t feel clean, maybe even moldy. Shower was terrible. However staff was excellent and shuttle to airport was very prompt even thou the interior of Van seemed old and needs updating as does he whole property. I expected more from Wyndham especially for the higher price !

Arrived at 11pm ( 2am our time) . Beds were full of crumbs and trash. Bathroom floor full of hair. Got moved to a new room at almost midnight. Beds were clean but the bathroom was still full of hair. Needs updating and the rooms should be cleaned between customers. Definitely not worth the $220 I spent for my family to stay one night.

BED BUGS! Complained about bed bug bites and they said they would look into it ! Rude shuttle driver: I ran all the way to the other end of the walkway to meet the driver and asked him to pickup Grandma at the other end exit doors. She couldn't walk all the way to his vehicle. He made a rude comment about the inconvenience. I asked for another driver. He was the only driver.

We arrived very early due to travel delay and were accommodated by the staff. The hotel is very rundown and not clean, although the room was fairly clean. We walked to the airport, from there, which was great. There was actually a freezer in our room. No food options in the hotel but the staff recommended Donna's..which was just ok.

Juneau was in the middle of a big snowstorm and I almost got stuck in the parking lot. The hotel is run down. There used to be a great restaurant at one end, now closed. No breakfast. Dirty room. Poor water pressure in the bathroom. Slow Internet.

The staff was really great. I arrived early and they secured my bag while I went to get food. Then they called to let me know a room was ready early for no charge. The greatest thing was that the maintenance guy built me a little box for some plants that I needed to bring on a flight to a nearby town! Above and beyond all around.

The property seems to be dated and needs to be upgraded. It’s a decent enough hotel to stay in overnight, but I would not plan a vacation to this location. I also asked for a wake up call which did not happen. Fortunately, my own alarms went off and I was able to get up on time. Had this not happen it would’ve been devastating to my visit.

Required nearly 20 minutes to checkin to an empty hotel lobby two CS agents struggled to complete a simple prebooked reservation After receiving our keys, we trekked to the most distant room on the property to find our keys don’t work, it took three tries to get properly working keys. Hotel could care less. We won’t be back. Btw. If you’re a fisherman, they charge $20 per box per night to use the freezer. SMH.

I would stay at this Travelodge again. That said, I was surprised that it was 1) so close to the airport -- could literally have walked there and 2) so far away from downtown Juneau. However, the bus transportation to downtown Juneau was great. The bus stop is a block away from Travelodge. The bus comes every 30 minutes -- it's very punctual, only costs $2/ride, is clean, safe and has very courteous drivers. The Travelodge itself is fine. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the property felt safe. The area around the hotel was a bit tired looking but not a problem at all. The hotel dining areas are closed for renovation. However, there's a great place a block away called Donna's that serves an excellent, reasonably priced breakfast. There's also a nearby restaurant that serves dinner -- didn't try that one.

So the hotel was nice for an overnight stay. Big room. Near a few good restaurants that are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Yes, it's a little dated in terms of what is there, but I had no complaints about the room. Staff were excellent with the check in and getting the airport shuttle. While it was a good hotel, the price at what you pay for this hotel or anything on Juneau seems extremely expensive compared to other areas around the world and the US. The small town that I'm staying in Alaska is way less per night with a better room, and I thought it would have been more expensive.

The staff worked hard to make my stay tolerable. I was upgraded but the fourth floor room was too warm and only a window to cool it down. No restaurant on site, and poor options nearby. No morning breakfast.
