The parking ONLY,was very satisfactory The room smelled mucky, and holes are in the fixture. The WORST, I saw ROACHES throughout my overnight stay. I will not stay at this location again nor would I recommend them.

Everything looks antique. Pool was inaccessible. It was closed. Tub was nasty. Carpet smelled. The white sheets and pillows looked off-white like they were never bleached. It’s at bad location where we felt unsafe cause the lobby was kept locked where guests have to check in from outside the window.

The pool was locked and we were told we could not use it. The room smelled like milldew. The gentleman at the front counter was nice but when I went into the building to sign in, he told me to go out side and go to the window instead of servicing me at the inside counter. When we were leaving from our stay, we were in our car leaving some lady with a big security guard went to the room for some reason. It was bizzare. Not a place I will ever stay again. They have a pool but wont let anyone use it. One of the strangest stays I have ever had. My advise is to find a different place to stay this one is not worth it.

I was so excited to swim in their year round open pool as stated on the website only to find it wasn't open after all and looked like it hasn't been for awhile ☹️ could use a pilow upgrade, really flat. I give it 6 stars.

Good value for price. Abundant hot water, microwave, refrigerator. Quiet. Bring ozium or febreze because the carpets and drapes are old. Was disappointed that the pool is out of service. Close to everything; will stay here again.

This hotel is a good place to stay when you just want a place to base out of while you explore Jacksonville. Basic rooms as a fair price, my room even had a bottle opener mounted on the wall which was a cool touch. San Marco is a walkable neighborhood with several coffee shops and restraunts Plus there is a convience store a block away and a Publix grocery store a few blocks away. I am pleased with my stay here after I got stuck in town for two extra days.

This place is nasty.Didnt even pull back the sheets.Lights don’t work,door frame broke,mystery door,Odd smell,Noise nonstop. Desk is bent ,remote sticky.Lobby shut down.Basically a side window with a slot in it for check in.If I didn’t have my k9 with me would have left for safety reasons.Traveled the world and I don’t feel safe in this place.Got about 3 hours of sleep

This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Lots of people hanging around the property. Check in was quick and easy though. My sheets had multiple stains on them along with dirt marks, looks like they haven't been changed in a while just re made up after each person checks out. Multiple holes in the walls and bathroom. The a/c did work and there was hot water. Cigarette burn marks everywhere. The door was so flimsy that it hung at the bottom when we tried to open it and the door almost broke off the hinge, just a very unclean and sketchy place, but for the money if you need hot water and a place to sit in the a/c it has that to offer at least.

Good place to stay at a good price when you just want a spot to sleep and grab a shower while you are in Jacksonville. Great walkable neighborhood, Publix grocery store a five minute walk away and a large convience store a two minute walk away. So definitely a solid choice at a good price.

Terrible, don’t do it, even for the price. Working girl out front upon 6:00pm arrival; 2 deputies there by 8:00 pm & the next morning, crime scene tape. Rooms are filthy, holes in walls, curtains torn, no security lock. We got the rooms visiting for concert because they were cheap and never ever again.!!!! Place needs to be torn down.
