Courtyard San Francisco Larkspur Landing/Marin County

This comfortable Courtyard is a short walking distance to upscale shopping area, family friendly. Excellent restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, Shake Shack. Hotel bistro convenient but has limited options. Staff friendly and helpful.

The property was quiet and beautiful and the room we stayed in was clean and handy, with a patio on the first floor that led out to the quiet and inviting swimming pool. Shout out to the staff who were there to assist at all times.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast with reasonable price. Only negative thing was paying $15 for parking.

We had a great stay here, even better than expected. Super nice place, friendly staff, close to everything, has a gym, and even coin operated laundry, which was a game changer for us!

Wonderful hotel with excellent accommodating staff. Location was perfect. Our child had a basketball tournament in the area so we decided to stay a night. The area is cute with shops and a farmers market. We took a ferry over to San Francisco and walked around, took a ferry back and saw dolphins and seals. The room was clean and spacious. The dining area/bar has places for the families to sit and we brought in our dinner and sat together in a relaxing atmosphere. They filled our water bottles for us at the bar. Pool, hot tub and fire pit were also areas where we spent time. It was a short getaway but felt like a nice vacation! Overall wonderful property.

This was a very pleasant quiet hotel. So nice to have free parking! There were no dining options in walking distance, but we found great breakfast places within a couple miles.

We LOVED this hotel. It was chosen for its proximity to the Larkspur ferry, which we took to the Giants Baseball game in San Francisco. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and amazing gym while staying there, and the beds were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and there was a minifridge in our room as well.

Parking was $15 per car, and I had to wait 45 minutes to check in because no rooms were available, even though I had a reservation.

It’s a little run-down. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. No housekeeping service, at least not for our room? Toilet paper thinner than seemingly possible. Toilets extremely low. No fan in bathroom. Meager towels in quality and quantity. In-room coffee makers disgusting. Overall, not a good value for $

It smelled like that cleaning agent that they used to cover up cigarette smoke. Lots of noise early in the mornings 5 AM. Breakfast and coffee staff were good. The surrounding area is excellent as the Larkspur market Place is right across the street has excellent choices for shopping although expensive and good restaurants. You'll need a car to go anywhere else. The ferry is right nearby to get to downtown San Francisco. Not sure I would choose this hotel again based on the noise and smell.

The hotel is pet friendly, but the carpet also smelled like pets were present. We did not have any pets. Although the room was clean, the smell of the room was not.

Needs better cleaning. No toiletries, such as lotion & shower cap. Very thin towels. Place seemed like bare bone accommodation - I will not be back

The room was very clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is in a great location. There was a Farmer’s Market in the shopping center which is a short walk from the hotel. The shopping center has nice shops, unique restaurants and eateries. You can walk to catch the ferry to SF. Great stay!

Very clean and great location across the street from a small and elegant high end strip mall. I would have given everything 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I reserved a room with a king bed and ended up with what I'm pretty sure is a queen size.

So they advertise this as having a pull out couch but it’s not accurate. The mattress in there are disintegrating and so old that no one can sleep on them. They need to either replace them or just change the room to reflect only the bed available because those mattresses in the pull outs are so old they can’t be used.

During my stay, the hotel staff, particularly the bartenders, were super helpful and friendly. However, my room was quite loud, not due to any fault of the hotel, but rather because of kids running around and people talking loudly in the hallways, combined with slamming doors that would wake me up. At check-out, the experience was somewhat impersonal, as the staff simply said "you're all set" without asking about my stay or gathering any feedback. She was very unfriendly, and had no customer service skills. Probably won’t stay here again .

WiFi was down for the entire stay, couldn’t get my work complete. Fridge did not work, customer service was poor. We’ve stayed here multiple times. This was by far the worst experience.

Location is superb, comfortable and spacious rooms with good linens, breakfast options are terrific, great staff. Two things are fixable: bathroom lighting is very dim and WiFi is funky, cuts in and out and makes you re-login. I would stay here again anyhow - loved being right across from the ferry landing to San Francisco!

Maria at the hotel has problems with disabled people, the staff is not ADA compliant and the hotel is not ADA compliant. I could not stay at this hotel after Maria accused me of asking for the whole hotels AC to be shut off more than 10 times. I never said anything like this, and would strongly warn anyone disabled about this hotel and the treatment of disabled people by Maria in particular. This was a very scary experience just on the phone. I would never stay at a hotel with someone like Maria working there. People like that ruin disabled people's lives with intentionally going out of their way to not accommodate. I asked for a room with a window that opened and for a fragrance free room with HVAC I could ensure was not on. Maria kept screaming "WHAT? WHAT?" and I had to yell "H. V. A. C. Heating and cooling air conditioner" in order to get her to stop loudly screaming "WHAT?" in a very annoyed tone. Then moving on to fragrance free. "WHO TOLD YOU THAT???" about being able to get a fragrance free room on the same day. If you suffer from these disabilities then you know how bad things would get from here if you chose to stay here. Everything with this person was a fight. It was so disturbing and unsettling. She "doesn't know and has to ask manager" about refunding me for a hotel room I never went to, because she kept accusing me of asking them to shut off their entire hotel's AC. Then she emailed me days later (today) to say it again, after I explicitly told her to stop

This was a lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. And it’s located across from great high-end shopping and dining called Marin County Mart.

We were unaware of the chip sealing in the parking lot at time of checkin. If we had known the dates, we would've chosen a room on the other side of the hotel. We had to park on the far side the night before, which was an inconvenience. However, Maria Sotiras, Ops Supv, was understanding and credited a rebate for our parking fee. The morning of chip sealing, we were unable to use our balcony due to the loud jackhammering at 7:30am just below our room. Once again, Maria assisted us and gave us a partial room credit. Due to Maria's understanding, our stay was satisfactory, and we will certainly stay at this property again.

Great location, great amenities, walking distance to several dining and shopping. My only complaint is the girl at check in was super rude & unhelpful.

The hotel was located in a quiet residential area with trees and nice vegetation. Yet, there was the convenience of coffee shops and dining across the street.

Loved this hotel. It was so close to the Ferry terminal which we took for a day in the city. Staff was friendly.

The hotel location was fantastic due to the easy walkable access to the ferry to SF. In addition, the hotel location was quiet, safe and accessible to nearby shops for dining, coffee, deserts and much more with just a short walk across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon for a weekend getaway.

This place is beautiful and the staff is so nice and helpful. This hotel is top notch and located in a great neighborhood. We didn’t have any concerns about safety or breaking into our vehicle.

Amenities were few... soap bar was the smallest I have ever seen!!! Bed comfortable and dining staff friendly and helpful. Front desk helpful.
