Second time staying at this property. Even better than the first. Not only is the property fantastic and well maintained, but right down the stairs to the beach you can rent chairs and umbrellas, eat from the chick fil a trailer, or take surf lessons from the surf school. Food was great, elevators fast, quiet, spa was great and reasonably priced. Ice cream shop and arcade were great for when it rained. We come down several times a year and wont stay anywhere else. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed at this resort several times. It never disappoints us. We love the oceanfront cabana suites. You walk right out your sliding glass doors onto your private cabana which offers an L-shaped couch, tv, and two lounge chairs. The cabana suites are pool level. They also offer terrace suites which are super nice as well. The food from breakfast to dinner is consistently good. Great atmosphere and drinks. Keep in mind, you do have to pay for parking which is separate than your room rate. Vallet $35 per day or self-parking across the street for $28. They do have a crosswalk over the road back to the hotel.

Very nice resort Parking is not very good unless you want to do valet parking or potentially walk a block or so with luggage. Could have picked a better weekend than Memorial Day. Very busy with kids running around along with in toddlers in hot tubs which is generally not allowed. Had a nice Ocean front pool room. All in all a good stay, would stay again on an off Holiday weekend.

It’s a fantastic hotel, smells great, the staff are pleasant and the amenities are great too. We had s’more’s outside by the fire pits at night. We had a great yoga session in the morning. The pool and hot tub are open late which is fun. It’s a really nice hotel to stay at when in Daytona. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

All was great roms was clean service was awesome fod was good will definitely be back to stay again. Only down side was stayed there 2× and both times they have had elevator problems wh where only 1 of 3 was working other everything is great.

The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, even the buffet after Thanksgiving. The cost was more than reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Complimentary bikes and s’mores kits for the kids. The lobby and hallways have a light fresh scent. The parking was a little pricey. $40 a day for valet service or $32 a day to park yourself. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

When we got there to check in the attended walked away for about 10-15 minutes came back ask has someone checked in earlier for us, we knew there was going to be a problem then, we sat in lobby for about another 10 minutes when supervisor finally took said we could go to room, the room smelled so nasty it was awful, we told them they sprayed something but it didn't help, I stayed but I stayed out of my room as much as possible because I couldn't stand the smell. A used bar of soap was left in the bathroom and the tissue box had one decorative tissue in the box and the rest was empty, I usually love Hotel this is usually the only place I stay in Daytona but the last two times were awful, it seems that the up keep of rooms etc have gone down hill.

The property itself was gorgeous and we did enjoy our stay. However, check in was supposed to be at 4 and our room wasn’t ready until 5 so after a day of traveling that was very frustrating. We had to call down several times for bath towels because our room wasn’t provided any when we got there. They were supposed to stock 2 waters a day in the room which we never received, our coffee was never restocked. To top it all off we had an item stolen from our room when “housekeeping” came in one time during our stay even though all they did was make the bed. The one time I tried to order from the tiki bar for lunch our ticket got “lost” and I waited 2 hours for a quesadilla. I received an email from Expedia wondering if we enjoyed our vip benefits which I have no idea what they are talking about either because I don’t even feel like we got standard service. But again, the hotel is gorgeous, clean, and the staff is friendly.

My room didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly. There was what looked like spills on the bathroom counter and it was blue and then there some something else on the table in the room. It was just kinda gross and after paying a expensive rate it was a little upsetting.

The Hotel will overcharge you staying with resort fees and parking fees. Parking is really far away and the Hotel lobby is clean but the rooms are dirty and old. I will not stay there again

I have always loved coming here. This time was a little different. We soaked the bathroom floor every time we showered because there is only a half door, and the water would not get very hot, so a little chilly. The pool could be open a little later on the weekends.

The staff were really wonderful and the pool area and beach were great. However, the elevators make so much noise when in use, so if you do stay here except to be waken up early. The distance from the tourist is great about a 8min drive. Over all the stay was fine but the big down fall was the elevator and noisy neighbors.

Dripping shower, non working blow dryer and couldn’t adjust room temperature of 62 degrees which caused me to get sick. I reported everything to front desk and only blow dryer was replaced. They said they had several complaints about the room temperature not being able to be adjusted even though a new boiler was installed. There was also a lot of empty loungers with towels on them so someone needs to remove them because it looks like they are taken.

The resort is very nice and the location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Just a few drawbacks: The walls are thin so if you have loud neighbors you will definitely hear them. The elevators are extremely loud. We could hear them throughout the night even though the room was 40 feet away from the elevators. Windows were sealed shut so we couldn't open them to hear the ocean waves. We will choose a room with a balcony on our next visit and ensure the room is located as far from the elevators as possible

Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but there were several issues. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable; I could feel the springs through the mattress. I thought my 8-year-old wouldn't notice, but when he woke up, he remarked on how horrible it was. The pillows on the king bed were also bad, and I experienced neck pain the next day. I dined at the restaurant twice, and both times, I regretted wasting my money. We visited during New Year's, and the front desk provided supplies for making s’mores, which was a nice touch for the kids. However, I wish Hotels.com was clearer about the parking fee. Overall, it was just okay, and I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

I felt that this property was overrated. The valet parking was not good. It was so slow couldn’t even park in the main parking lot. Had a park across the street and when had breakfast was not even greeted or even followed up on their service.

Beautiful property. Only concern was room was not ready when we arrived- we were 20 min before check in and told to enjoy pool area and room would be ready at 4. By 4:30 they had not called us as they said they would so I went front desk- room was still not ready - so they have us one that was ready but it was a downgrade and no refund was offered because we booked through Expedia. Would stay again though.

The spa and front staff was wonderful. The room was perfect and I loved that they offered yoga every morning. The restaurant and bar, was disappointing. The food and staff were great but they were definitely understaffed and I felt bad for those working. It’s a beautiful property with so much to offer. If they could attract and hire more service staff in the dining areas that would make it 5 star for sure.

From the moment we walked in, we can see that the weekend was going to be fun and comfortable. The room was so big and comfortable. We chose to have a balcony and it was fantastic to have a morning coffee overlooking the water. The pool and the beach were wonderful! We rented a cabana and it was so relaxing! Unfortunately, on our second full day it rained a lot but there was so much to do in the hotel that my children didn’t have a problem. They played in the game room and the parents sat around in the lobby area in their hidden alcoves. We had wonderful food from the restaurant. The service was top notch. My family will be coming back for sure.

The stay was okay. We were definitely ~Put off~ by the tiki bar no serving food because the resort had a Mother's Day brunch for 55.00 per person going on. So your option was to buy the brunch, leave the property to eat or wait for the restaurant to open. Also I was disappointed with my meal at Azura. My dish consisted of a chicken breast but I actually got dark meat ..which I believe ended up being a thigh or a small leg quarter. We probably won't visit this resort again. Rooms need to be upgraded also.

This hotel is very well maintained, the hallways all smell like clean cotton/linen it's a wonderful air freshener. The King room we had was spacious and had a view of the river and the gorgeous sunset. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good, we had breakfast there too and it was also very good.My only complaint was the loud elevator (??) sounds on the top floor even though we weren't near the elevator, it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel! It's right on the beach and had a lovely back patio with 2 fire pits.

Really nice and beautiful hotel. The front desk staff were great. The bar/restaurant staff not so great. Bartenders guilt trip you if you order a drink they have to make because apparently they prefer you order something they can easily pour; they’re not really good at hiding their facial expressions. Other than that, a pretty good stay overaall.

I stayed here many times in the past, but the quality of the place has gone down tremendously. It’s not had any updating in years. They cleaned the room one day and it’s only because I requested it. They now charge anywhere from $35-$40 a day to park your car, insane I don’t think I’ll be going back there anymore.

Usually when I book a stay with my dog, they put us in a “dog room“ which is worn and stained. This ocean view room with balcony was fresh, clean and felt just as nice as a non-dog room. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. All of the restaurants on the premises served really delicious food. There was really no need to leave the hotel which made for a very relaxing trip.
