The staff at the property were super nice. The hotel is located really close to universal but there is no shuttle service from the property to the parks. The room AC unit was so loud and hummed and rattled off and on all night. My family slept awful due to the noise. The bedding had stains on it that looked like blood as well as the shower curtain. The shower head barely had any water pressure so I wasn’t able to wash my hair during the two night stay. I thought the price was pretty decent when I booked my stay but after looking at my universal passholder benefits, I was able to stay at a universal property for cheaper and have park shuttle service.

Pros: -Breakfast was amazing my kids loved the waffles. -Staff friendly and efficient - provided soap and conditioner was awesome Cons: -Room bathroom was dated. -Pool light was hanging out of pool wall floating and shorting out.

The place is very clean and staff is very attentive. Room service doesn't come by every day so if you leave a mess one day, expect to come back to it that same night. It is very close to a couple of dining places and 10 minutes away from Universal Studios. Parking is a little bit of a hassle if you get there late. You might have to end up parking a little bit away from the hotel and walk to it if it is sold out. All in all, very good hotel experience, would go again and would recommend.

The hotel was ok. However, Wi-Fi was intermittent, tv did not work, and it was crowded. There is a lot of construction around, so area was so, so. However, my main complaint was it was advertised on hotels.com as having electric car charging and it did not.

Wonderful stay. I will definitely be back. Breakfast was good, however hours should be a bit extended as there are lots of people trying to eat at the same time. Also, it ends at 930 but food was no longer being replenished by 915 and there was nothing left. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Pool was clean and bigger than expected.

I didn’t like that even though the washers and dryers are located inside of the hotel on every even floor we still had to go and fish for quarters to use the machine, also one of the machines that we used said it was working come to find out the whole cycle had completed but yet the clothes were soaked as if we just came out of the pool , then to go front desk and for them to say to us we must in turn contact the persons that has the washing machines in THEIR hotel.

We had a good experience and definitely would come again. The room was clean, and very spacious. The breakfast was good, however there was so many people I decided to eat a little bit and leave because there was just too many people. But even with that everyone was still nice and organized. Other than the breakfast the parking lot was beyond full. We had to park in the overflow parking and walk a bit to the hotel. Also, I didn’t have a chance to take pictures because we unloaded to the room quickly but as far as in our room everything was good.

Do not stay at this hotel. I had three problems: First: I asked for a room with a king size bed and, when I checked in, the receptionist put me in a room with a king size bed, but for people with disabilities. I asked to change the room and, even though there were 7 more rooms available, they told me this when I asked, but they didn't do it because they blamed the Expedia app for the wrong reservation. Second: they explained that room service doesn't work every day, one day yes and the other no, but, to my surprise, even on the day they were supposed to clean my room, they didn't do it. Third: the bathroom was completely dirty, with a lot of hair in the drains and water leaking all over the floor, completely dirty and looking bad (pictures attached).

Room was average and smelled funny… the hotel staff never came to clean the room at all every day we left the and came back the room was the same after we told them to clean the room as we were leaving… on the last night we found roaches crawling in the bathroom on the walls the shower and the sink area had we seen this the first night no way we stayed here … the hotel can use renovations the decor is out of date … the breakfast was horrible…

Room neat, clean and well stocked, hotel upon entry & throughout smells clean. I love the ice machines on each floor. Staff was always friendly & willing to help & quickly solve any problems. Great restaurants & entertainment in walking distance. Breakfast was great every morning. But I wish they would serve some real bacon sometimes.

Property was in a great location. My only issue was the cleanliness of our room. the bedding had stains on it and we found hair on the pillows and there was a rather large hairball on the carpet beside the bed. Otherwise the staff was amazing and the breakfast options were great.

Friendly front desk personnel & cleaning staff. Room is outdated but clean enough. AC was working fine especially with how hot it was outside. There was a microwave, fridge, & tv which was good enough. Parking was ok except the huge busses & trucks that took up several parking spots. The other issue were the roaches being spotted in the bathroom and under the fridge.

A very convenient hotel located close to lots of action in the Orlando theme park district. Although the room I stayed in was clean, the toilet kept leaking water. The hotel clerk came up to check and it seemed to have stopped. But then it went on randomly all night. This hotel needs updating. Some sprinklers are rusting and carpets looked worn out.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn during a short weekend trip. Our first room had a strong musty smell, and there was a large fan running in the middle of the walkway. After taking my shoes off, I realized the entire carpet was soaked. We went back to the front desk right away, and the staff was friendly and quickly moved us to another room. The second room was much better, but the overall rooms feel outdated. The bed was very firm, though I surprisingly still slept comfortably. Breakfast was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. I appreciate the helpful staff, but the overall experience left me a bit unimpressed.

Room was quite comfortable. It was not large, but it met my needs for one night with my family. Bathroom could use some updating to higher toilet and cleaner looking tub. I liked that they had multiple charging ports around the room. Would have loved it if breakfast went to 10 am rather than just 9 am.

Everything was fine but the internet in the room never worked during my stay. The complaint was made to the front desk and they said that the problem was resolved with IT and I had to resolve it. I called the IT number and they did not resolve it. They left the problem to me and never did anything to solve it. It is not a hotel to work.

The bathroom doors are barn door syle with no locks. It is obsurd that you cant go to the bathroom without a lock. You have to announce to your family you are going to the bathroom so they don't open the door on you.

Our flight had a medical emergency and had to make an emergency landing, causing us to arrive to the hotel late. We checked in on the Hilton app around 8pm and when we arrived we found out our room was cancelled due to being a “no show”. The employee at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful. How can you cancel a room that was paid for already and that I checked into?????

We went to check in at 3:00, the time it said to check in by, but they had no rooms even ready (cleaned nor prepared) until 4:00. I thought having a reservation meant a room would be ready. We booked this hotel since we had a concert later that night, but had our plans were thrown off completely due to the lack of a room for us. It was honestly really annoying.

Toilet got clogged, overflowed and whole bathroom was flooded. No one answered the phone when I called for help. Went downstairs to lobby and the receptionist wasn’t there. 15 minutes later she came out and said there was no housekeeping and not maintenance available. She gave extra towels so I can clean the mess. Would not recommend

The staff here was really nice and friendly. I was met by Earl who checked us in at the front desk and he was so attentive and accommodating. I thought I booked a room with a sofa bed, but I didn’t and when I went to inquire about it he was accommodating in offering us a roll away bed. I would stay here anytime I’m in Orlando.

Room was really, really nice and clean. Front Desk staff was nice especially Earl. He was very pleasant and friendly allll the time. He helped me from the time I checked in when I thought we were too early. It was a pleasure meeting him and staying at the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel for future visits to Orlando.

I am writing to express my disappointment and humiliation following my recent stay at the Hampton Inn near Universal Blvd this past weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Hilton properties. During my stay, I encountered a significant issue with the toilet in my room, which overflowed and would not flush. When I approached the front desk to address the situation, I was shocked to be told by the two young ladies on duty to plunge the toilet myself. This response made me feel as if I were a janitor rather than a guest in a hotel. I then requested a different room, only to be further instructed to use the lobby restroom. Traffic in the area was a problem due to road work. Bathroom toilet had stains / bedsheets had a strange smell. Breakfast found a long black hair in the sausages and had curdled milk in my coffee! It was a very disappointing experience and I will most likely never go back to this particular hotel

I have stayed several times at Hampton Inn before because it’s similar to Embassy Suites breakfast option. However, this time the breakfast items were limited at this location. Seemed more like a continental breakfast.

The hotel was nice, clean, great location to parks and shops. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Easy checkin, friendly staff. Adding gloves for serving spoons during breakfast would have been great. Also, having flavored creamer choices for coffee would have made it more tasteful. Ofher than this we enjoyed it

All the basics were good. But I have 2 major complaints. 1 - when the temperature control wasnt working on the wall i was told by the first person that many people complain about this and we cannot control the room temperature. However, when I brought it up to the next front desk associate he had someone there the next morning to change the batteries and surprise surprise it worked just fine. 2 - there is a sign on the wall at the breakfast set up stating if you have dietary restrictions to let them know so they can accomodate. Well i talked to 3 staff members and they all told me they didnt have any gluten free options, have never seen the sign, and
