Red Roof Inn Pensacola - I-10 at Davis Highway

This site is a scam. The phone number to cancel was being answered and then we were hung up on. Could not get an answer. Needed info and no one would answer. We were given an addeess to 2 places. One place had the smell of pot and undesirable. We were trying to get to the one we passed on the interestate. We finally made it and they wanted to charge more plus it smelled like mold in the room. The girl said they were not sister hotels. She would not honor the reservation even though both addresses were on my phone. I told her people answering just hung up the phone constantly. iI tried calling and responding by text. We gave up and dove home after visiting a friend.

Absolutely horrible, I left my review on Google, I'm not going to waste more of my time putting it here too.

Staff unfriendly room was not very clean and very out dated the comforters more like a sheet did not know you needed a $50 cash deposit to stay there

We stayed a week and or room never-never got cleaned, you had to bring your towels to the front and wait for fresh towels, they brought sheets for us to change out beds but they where not washed. The smell of skunk was horrible. (they can’t help that) The rates were affordable, so I guess you get what you pay for. We asked daily for our room to be cleaned and daily they said the same it’s not in the list. They were very nice never mean to us. So that’s that.

Fighting from other rooms all night long. Water from shower soaked the whole bathroom.
