Beautiful resort, we enjoyed our stay. It is clean, elegant, and safe. Definitely worth a visit. The only complaint was no complimentary coffee station like we find at Marriott and Hilton hotels. Coffee maker in the room, but that doesn't do it for me.

I booked because the hotel indicates it is pet friendly. I was not made aware of the $150 pet fee until I arrived with my tiny dog. Even with the fee, they still have a policy against dogs are nearly all the restaurants and the pool. Also, I had called numerous times to inquire about early check-in and was given vague answers of availability. I was never told that, even if your room is available, there is a $75 fee imposed for any check-in prior to 4pm (even just an hour or so early). I feel like this hotel has an additional add on fee for every interaction.
