Property was easy to get to. Restraunt was easy to walk to. Shopping area close drive able. Room was very clean and nice. Didn't like that elevator was broken. Had to use stairs to get to room on second floor. Walking up the stairs the carpet had big soiled dirt spots on carpet stairs.

Staff and hotel is itself was great, had an issue with key , maint moved us to another room instantly. GreT service. Pool area seems to be a hangout for locals, drinking etc. my kids chose to skip the pool due to that. Lots of beercans around etc. in morning was an older aggressive woman followimg around and asking my daughter if she had any money, followed her up to where i was at car and I ran her off. 10 minutes later was wanting a coke. I believe she was staying at hotel but not certain on that. Breakfast is good that is included in stay, waffle irons fresh fruit etc.

My room smelled weird and, while cool, it felt damp. The pool was out if service, but no one told me that until the day after I checked in. None of the ice machines worked. The juice dispenser was out of order. There was dog food on my room floor. I had to prop a trash can against the drapes to keep them closed.

Woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely outdated and dirty. The floors were nasty and the bathroom tub/shower did not operate very well. The floors needed redone and cleaned. Cracks in the tile and the caulk/grout in front of the bathtub were in pieces.

I found roaches in our room, we woke up to our belonging all wet due to moistures on all the surfaces, even the walls. The shower curtain rod was broken and the shower leaked all over the floor. Attempted to talk to management 3 times and was unsuccessful.

This property was very poorly maintained. The rooms are visibly dirty with hardly anything stocked in them. We saw several bugs, including a roach(in the main lobby where the "dining area" is). The toilet in our room didnt flush because it was so clogged. so much so, we had to have someone come to fix it. The coffee makers in the room were also clogged and looked to have mold in them. We had to switch our room due to the noise level in the room next to us and in both of our rooms, the floors were literally peeling off and broken. The pool was suppose to be the saving grace but sadly, it was not. We were there for 2days and 1 night. During our entire stay the pool had someones clothing inside of it and all the trash recepticles outside and near the pool were over flowing with trash. When we checked out, they were still overflowing. Its unfortunate because, the staff were very kind. Its very clear that the priority isnt cleanliness, or comfort and that there is near zero effort put into the maintenance of this facility. Also, they dont seem to have a supply of anything. We had 1 towel in our room for 4 people. When we went to the front desk to ask for towels, their linen closet was empty. The front desk person had to go into a vacant room to get us a few more towels.

Perfect for a stop over. Ridge was leaking, and no freezer. And no protein at breakfast. Those are my only complaints. The fridge worked well enough and the food stayed cold. Nice mattresses.

We stayed for a night on our way northward. The hostess was courteous and professional. She quickly confirmed our reservations and assigned us a room on the first floor. Upon entering the room, it was obvious to me that it was not ready for occupancy. Where there should be two double beds, there was one double bed and the framework for the second bed. I returned to the front desk to inform the hostess. She was disturbed that room was listed as ready to use, but she quickly assigned us another room on the first floor on the other side of the hotel. The second room was complete and operational, however, it was not handicap accessible. My mom is in a wheelchair, so it was one of the reasons I booked this location. The bathroom was small, but we were able to navigate it. The air conditioner in this room was quite noisy, but we were too tired to stop us from resting. The room was in need of a handyman's touch. The shower curtain rail was pulling away from the wall and the paper roll holder appeared to be recently reattached, but not finished.

The A/C for the room was not acceptable. There was so much humidity in the room that the floor, counter surfaces were actually not just damp but wet. Floor was so slippery that it was a fall hazard. Would have loved to give the highest rating as the staff were truly some of the nicest and helpful ever. The room was spotless. But…..the humidity is a game changer. They obviously are aware of the problem but don’t seem to have a solution.

We checked in noticing that the condition of the hotel was not that as listed thru Expedia.The staff was rude, indicating that there were no more towels until the next morning.The phone in the room was inoperable, along with the television that had an electrical short preventing us from using it. The appliances (microwave and refrigerator) were dirty and had food or some other residue on them.The room had a strange smell similar to mildew which would explain the rusty light fixtures etc. The toilet had feces in it and was not clean. The furniture was dirty with food underneath the cushions. The beds looked as if the were found in the dumpster. The electrical sockets were missing covers and had exposed wires. The front door would not close fully and had some type of makeshift repair using a peice of cardboard on the back. The pool had a green tint to it and had algae actively growing in it. Even with these poor conditions me and my family of four remained positive. However the deal breaker was when my son noticed a roach crawling near him. I looked behind the nightstand only to find more alive and dead roaches. We quickly packed our belongings. I went directly to the manager on duty MP who refused to veiw the footage on my phone of our concerns. He indicated that he would refund our stay but was not capable due to only being an employee.

The receptionist Missy at checkin went to bat for me. I had booked through Expedia and an error caused booking twice/pay twice. Upon calling the 1st time, The 1st response to the error was cannot cancel due to it after 4pm, upon arriving the 2nd unnecessary booking and her 2nd attempt got it cancelled. Of course, We stayed for the 1st booking.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel in as many years. We vacation on Jekyll Island and it is MUCH less expensive to stay in nearby Brunswick. I had made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds with a pullout sofa. The first room I was given was 2 queen beds with no pullout sofa. I have 2 young daughters and they will take turns sleeping on the sofa, so I had to switch rooms. The clerk behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, and stated he was a somewhat new hire, with only a few weeks at the location. He informed me that the rooms with a pullout sofa are double beds only, which I suspected last year, so you may want to update your website because it's listed as 2 queens with a pullout. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and a great vacation, so thank you all for providing my family and I a safe quiet place to eat after our days of sun and adventure.

I don’t even know how this hotel got so high rate of customers satisfaction. Room was smells of weed. Front desk manager refused to work with me properly. She gave me another room and it’s looks like she did a huge favor to me. Another room has blood stains on the walls and it smelled old, dirty clothes. It was not a good idea to stay there. My reservation has no option for cancel, so I lost $100. Never again with this place.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Staff was just finishing up the rooms as I was a little early but were very accommodating to get me in my room. Toucan Ale House right next door has good food and good prices and happy hour from 4 to 7. Grocery store also walking distance. Great spot.

It was exactly what you'd expect from a Quality Inn. The property is located among several hotel properties just off I-95. For one or two nights, it was perfect. The front desk manager was friendly and efficient, and I had all the amenities I needed. I would definitely put friends and family there if needed, since I now live close by.

My family and I stay in Brunswick and vacation Jekyll Island and the surrounding areas. This is the second year we've stayed at the Quality Inn Brunswick. We don't spend a lot of time in the room but it's perfect for our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff made sure we had whatever we needed. Breakfast 6:30-9 with a great selection of Belgian waffles, cereal, danishes, fresh fruits, yogurts, coffee, juices and milk. Showers are hot with enough pressure. The price is right and we had a safe place to shower and sleep. The rest of our 6 day stay was spent vacationing. No disturbances in the night. We will likely stay here again for our trip next year.

My husbin and I did a motocycle. And we want in hotel is the pool, the shower, the bed and the breakfest. But, the pool was very dirty. There was a bread in the pool with a lot of paper, a bag. For the breakfest, no fruit, no muffins, no peanut butter and the butter was hard.
