Check out on the 9th since internet quit working Saturdasy and still did not work Sunday so we needed internet so check out Monday morning and request reimbursed. The manager was to send email or call I never heard from manager. So very unhappy with this.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and safe. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing as we had to wait on coffee each morning and there was a limited amount of each breakfast item that ran out quickly. There was no hot water for showering available from the hours of 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. I expected more from a Hilton property.

It was good tell internet went down on Saturday and was still not on Sunday night. We had to leave early because we need inter net for business. We left at 4:00 AM to get home to go to office. I stayed here twice and not able to get hot water in the bathroom. Both time I had to take cold shower baths. I reported to front desk but they could not do anything. They said because of high no. of checkin, the boilers are not able to handle the load. It was same during mornings and late night timings.

Never again, my stay was absolutely horrendous. There was a ladybug infestation IN THE ROOM, housekeeping was nowhere to be found, front desk staff was not helpful in the least and the bathtub drained slowly! I will be contacting corporate because this was the single most worst hotel stay I’ve experienced in my 32 years of living.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly There were bugs on the ceiling and was hair over the toilet seat and around it. When I asked them to clean the room they said they would but all they did was do the bed and throw new towels in the bathroom without cleaning anything

Check in was smooth, the front desk representative was kind and efficient. The property needs a deep cleaning. My room had roaches. I spent time having to clean and kill bugs. Gross. Would never stay again.

We had to switch room twice. The first room was full of lady bugs. The second room still had the lady bug issue and had the carpet in the bed area soaked with water after we took shower. The third room still had a some lady bugs issue, but they said they could switch room but could not guarantee it bug-free. Breakfast room was crowded and the kitchen couldn't keep up with the amount of guests. The room has the same sliding door for both bathroom and closet. Be careful if you have small children as it can be dangerous. My 3-year old had her finger smashed from this sliding door.

Room was infested with roaches and water bugs that crawled on the walls above the headboard. Had a hard time sleeping my entire trip and was moved to a different room hours before check out time. Regardless of moving to a different room I still couldn't sleep fearing other roaches and water bugs would appear in that room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

The hotel looked nothing like described online. Property was unkept debris throughout. Cleanliness of room was not up to par. Telephone in room didn’t work so we could call down for maintenance because the sink was backing up and overflowing into the dishwasher all over the floor. The bathtub would not drain properly. Went to the front desk to let them know about the sink and tub they stated that they would take care of it waited No one ever showed up. The next morning we called them from our cell phones. No one still showed up had to deal with it are entire stay there we asked if we could switch to another room. They stated that they were booked.for the third time they said they’ll send someone no one came again. the room started to smell because of the back up in the dishwasher. Property stated it came with full amenities in the kitchen only one spoon two butter knives, one fork one plate, three glasses, one sauce, pan, one frying pan. The hallways were extremely hot.website stated washer and dryer on premises washer on 6th floor worked but the dryer was broken, went to the 3rd fl dryer was broken but the washer worked. Number one thing waking up each morning with the worst backache felt like sleeping on the floor. The beds were so hard. Advil wouldn’t even take the pain away.

The front desk and breakfast staff are GREAT. The Hotels is in serious need of a refurbishment. Surfaces are banged up/scuffed. The veneer on the main dresser was coming off in strips and could have scratched someone less aware. Even the elevator stainless surfaces are all beat up.

I like this hotel for it's quiet location and comfortable rooms. Two things that need improvement: The room had NO drapes- just a white shade and thus the room was pretty bright at night due to street lights at night- not great. Also the free breakfast REALLY DOESN't go until 10 AM. We arrived at 9:40 and many items were out. The woman in charge of it did not refill ANY of these items. So, for example, no eggs of any kind, most of the bread choices were gone as well. This was really crappy in my opinion. If the breakfast is advertised to run until 10 am than all choices should be restocked until that time.

I do not have enough nice things to say about this hotel and it's staff, especially the ladies at the front desk. Due to traffic and the drive into Atlanta, we were running late. The minute I got there to check-in, I felt like home. Both ladies at the front desk were kind and actively seemed interested in my conversation (even if they weren't) and went above and beyond their job duties to make me and my daughter feel welcomed, understood, and cared for. 10 out of 10 without a doubt would stay at this hotel again just for the front desk ladies! Oh, and the hotel was nice too. :)

Custom service experience was horrific!!!! Just came from Greenville S.C location which was fantastic to horror. Arrived early check with front desk to clerk named Bree to inform of arrival and to see if we could check in a little early. Bree had the nastyest attitude like how dare you ask and said there wasn\'t any without pretending to look. I said ok thank you and she very sarcastically said ummm humm. I was bothered by the way she spoke to me so when I got back in the car I expressed to my wife what happened and that I know I had not done anything wrong not sure what her issue was but maybe she should handle the check in when we return at 3pm. We leave come back wife comes in there are people in front of us at the desk and my wife leaves to the restroom while I wait. While I\'m standing there there is a conflict happening with the group before me. Bree call over her co worker and says "You people have been trying to gang up on me" the guest get upset and say wait a minute who are you calling you people? This is not how you talk to us. Bree says \'well I\'m sorry I\'m not from here I\'m not from the South ", about this time my wife is walking back up from the restroom I wave her over and say come listen to this I knew it wasn\'t just me. Bree continues to talk to her co worker saying in front of the guest "yall came up her bothering me like 15 times", the guest are appalled and say bothering you? The only complaint I have is we were 5-7 minutes early for check in and the front area staff would not check us in until it was 3PM ON THE DOT. Not sure why 5 minutes before would've such a problem for her to check us in.??

Front desk lady , Janet, told us we could'nt check in until 4:00, and if we checked in at 3:30,there would be a $50 fee. I showed up at 2:50, and said check in is at 3:00, she said she wasnt sure about the $50 dollars. Not a good look for the hotel. Won't be able to stay there any longer, only hotel that doesn't offer late check out.. front desk lady, Kia, was absolutely amazing and friendly with every guest, from which we witnessed. She made our stay,great!

We had 2 separate reservations and when we checked in, we asked if we needed to re-check in for the 2nd night and we were told as long as the room was the same type, we did not need to. The hotel was overbooked and people waiting for a room. We had a choice to leave or be arrested and were given a warning for criminal trespassing never to return to the property. Why? Because LaKeisha was on a power trip and rather than admit the staff made a mistake, she chose to pull rank and remove paid customers from the hotel. We had to find another hotel and did not get a refund on the night that was prepaid. Wrongful trespass will be pursued. Lakeisha should be fired.

Overall it is a really nice place, the kitchen was smaller than I was expecting so we ended up ordering out. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and if you are a fitness buff, there is a LA Fitness about 6 minutes away, driving.

I choose this hotel because it states breakfast starts from 6am . The doors were closed and food not prepared. The lady inside states breakfast don’t start til7am . I am in medical and have to be at my job by 7am .. please change time on website so customers are aware or tell staff to prepare better

Room was nice but very disappointed in the breakfast - when we went to get the free breakfast at 9:20 - there were no eggs. We asked if they were going to bring more out and she said not (breakfast ends at 10). No forks - tried to get some cranberry juice - it spirted water out and all over my hand - no juice. If you are having breakfast until 10 - HAVE ALL things ready until 10!

Room was clean until I had to pull out the mini fridge and saw all the dirt and dust on top of and behind the microwave. Breakfast was an unmitigated disaster. The line for breakfast would give Disney a run for their money. One of the two waffle makers was out of order. All the food is tucked back in a tiny side room so you have to pack like sardines to get your food. And my family if 5 had to eat at a table made for two. Ready for the M. Night Shymalan twist? It wasn’t even THAT busy! The design and layout just doesn’t handle moderate crowds well. I’d hate to stay here when it’s super busy.

I like this hotel for it's quiet location and comfortable rooms. Two things that need improvement: The room had NO drapes- just a white shade and thus the room was pretty bright at night due to street lights at night- not great. Also the free breakfast REALLY DOESN't go until 10 AM. We arrived at 9:40 and many items were out. The woman in charge of it did not refill ANY of these items. So, for example, no eggs of any kind, most of the bread choices were gone as well. This was really crappy in my opinion. If the breakfast is advertised to run until 10 am than all choices should be restocked until that time.

Me, husband and fur baby travel quite often. We always try to stay at Hampton Inn. This was the WORST Hanpton Inn we have EVER stayed at. The grounds were very unkept and the rooms were definitely not up to standards. The tub looked 100+ years old, dust balls in every corner of the room, carpet looked filthy and the linen was sooo flimsy. On top of all this, the wifi was down the entire time we were there. NEVER AGAIN!!

There was a big bloody looking handprint on the wall next to an adjoining room door. Definitely not something you want to find!
