The rooms are clean and the hotel is in a good location. However, we purchased the nightly rate from hotels.com that included free breakfast. We were charged for breakfast by the restaurant even after telling them it was included. (We called after we checked out to have it removed, which he hotel did). Make sure to check your invoice after check out. There was also no hot water the morning we checked out to catch a very early flight. We left without showering and stopped by the desk at 5:45am to let them know and there was nobody there, so we left without talking to someone because we had to get to the airport. We called the hotel once we arrived home to let them know and they only offered Bonvoy points and no monetary compensation even though we experienced a lack of an important amenity.

We did not enjoy our stay; as soon as I got there, the representative didn’t waste any time in saying that the advertisement for free breakfast, free parking and free WiFi were all false. However, we were given a courtesy breakfast, but still paid for parking and we didn’t enjoy the breakfast. False advertising at its best. I will never stay here again

Very clean hotel and the food was excellent. The front desk person was “Hope” and she was nice and professional. Hope also had great advice for nearby restaurants and I appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Atlanta.
