Clean and quiet. Helpful desk people. Unfortunate that room temp was freezing when i arrived, requiring desk person to figure out remedy for malfunctioning temp control unit. It took a long time before I could take my jacket off. Parking lot extremely icy. I didn't see any evidence of ice bite in use. I like that access to room was indoors beyond front desk vs individual outdoor access.

Had to pay more for a 1st floor rm. Three floors and no elevator. Not clear on booking site. Great staff. They're always trying to satisfy the guests needs.

The whole hotel smelled like car pee. The bathroom had a huge water bubble in the ceiling that finally decided to burst and rain all into our bathroom and our belongings. The back door going to the parking lot was open 24/7 because someone bashed in the key card reader and it just stayed open. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Only reason I stayed was I missed my check in at another hotel and was exhausted from driving. I would’ve rather stayed in my car.

Not fancy; but clean and we slept well. Included breakfast was nice, waffles/cereal/yogurt. Didn't have an elevator, but third floor trek wasnt too bad. We just needed a good place to sleep - would go back.

A multi story motel with no elevator is not a good thing. I made my reservations weeks before our arrival and yet was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Not acceptable! Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable with good Internet access.

Friendly staff, but the building is in desperate need of an update. Fire alarm chirping in the lobby should have been the first warning. The lock on the side door was broken, meaning anyone can enter. The building is in smoking but reeks of weed. The curtain was falling down in our room. Black mold all along the bathroom walls. The bathroom vent was detached from the ceiling and hanging down. The bathroom light, too. Anyway, you get the point.

The check-in person was very sweet and friendly. She did have a very thick accent and spoke very quickly, so I had to have her repeat herself a few times. But thats on me, not her. The room had very dark decor, but it was very clean and quiet. The one armchair and ottoman were against the same wall as the TV, so useless for TV viewing. The TV could be seen from the bed, though. The area around this motel was nothing but other motels, fast food establishments, and empty lots. Not very nice to look at.

I arrived at my room to find the lock was taped on with 4 pieces of scotch tape. There was a white substance spattered on the floor there were hairs in the bathroom sink the lamp shade had been broken off with a sharp peace remaining. The curtains were falling. The room was filthy I was not offered room. The manager has told me I will not be getting a refund.

It was a clean, comfortable room and the A/C worked perfectly (very important IMO!) it was only an overnight stay so I can’t speak of any extras offered but the staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Location is great and you can tell that the property has mostly been well cared for. The air conditioning unit in my room was LOUD, as in a semi truck starting every time it came on. Additionally, the unit itself was missing buttons and seemed to be in disrepair.

From our room, we could hear and feel their washing machine going – happily it stopped before we were trying to go to sleep. Closeness to the other rooms, made it that we could hear their arguments which prevented us from getting good sleep. Breakfast was slim, but better than nothing.

Walls were paper thin, so listened to neighbors chat for half an hour at 4 am when they returned to their room. Their initial shouts woke me, then I listened to them talk in a normal tone of voice, hearing everything they said until I found my ear plugs. Breakfast is a couple cereals, you-make-them-waffles, yogurts, boiled eggs in the fridge, and toast. Pretty much what you expect for a Super 8. All told, about what I expected from Super 8 / inexpensive bed for the night.

I stayed at the hotel this past weekend and my rooms AC unit was broken with the switch and sounded insanely loud. A button was missing from it. Room felt dirty. Bathroom tub was very small and the floors of the bathroom were slippery when wet almost to the point where it’s as if someone put soap on them. This also was the case when it was not wet as well. The bed pretty sure was broken since you felt like it was concaving in the middle.

We were in for only one night with my family of six. The large room on the third floor accommodated us well. An elevator would’ve been nice, but we managed and the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well. The room simply had what we needed for one night.

Overall just ok. It's just weird. When you walk in the hallway it feels like it's a 1-2 star hotel, not sure if it's carpet or what. But when you walk into room, new furniture, updated room. But it just has weird feeling. Check in was fast. Breakfast was ok, Not much were there. If you need just one night, I guess is ok. Around area felt safe. It's hard to rate because picture of the room is accurate but is just has this feeling of lower grade hotel. So I rated 3 star to be fair.

Rudeness upon check in as your app stated it was pet friendly and there was no mention of fee for pet. Disappointed as I would have stayed elsewhere for a free pet as they offer at Red Roof Inn and saved myself money and hassle

I don’t usually leave a review, but I am compelled to do so this time. This was a terrible experience from the toilets that don’t work to the terrible and rude service at the front desk, and capping it off with paying for an extra night that I didn’t stay there. I grew up in the valley area, and there are many better choices than this. This makes me disappointed in my home town. We can do better.

We were early arriving at the property and were told they were glad to see us and gave us early entry to our room. We asked for extra pillows and they were brought within 10 minutes. We very highly recommend this motel

At check-in, the room I was first given was already occupied. Then that same night, someone entered my room as they were given my room, which was occupied. Also, the air conditioning barely worked and it seemed that the staff was responsible for too many other tasks.

The check-in person was very sweet and friendly. She did have a very thick accent and spoke very quickly, so I had to have her repeat herself a few times. But thats on me, not her. The room had very dark decor, but it was very clean and quiet. The one armchair and ottoman were against the same wall as the TV, so useless for TV viewing. The TV could be seen from the bed, though. The area around this motel was nothing but other motels, fast food establishments, and empty lots. Not very nice to look at.

The price was right which included breakfast. We were traveling and we got on the road at 6am because he had the breakfast set up early. The location is great because you can walk to Cabin Fever bar and restaurant.

People were nice enough. Room 207, clean, but in poor condition. Would have taken an hour to fill the tub. Breakfast was waffles and cereal, a couple bananas and couple of apples. Coffee and O.J. were empty.

Sadly, there were dead bugs on the bed, the TV didn’t work and the toilet was loose and shakes when sitting on it and the room smelled. While I understand the cost was inexpensive, the breakfast items were expired or not kept to temp. We went out for breakfast. The staff were nice, parking was good and the shower worked well. I would not stay here again. I’ve stayed at other super 8s before but this was poor.

Checking in was efficient. Breakfast not so much..limited limted options.3 sad apples, no bagels, 3 pieces of old bread, 3 yougurts..yes waffle maker thought more options since Walmart is literally across the street. Decent if you just need to shower and sleep nothing else.

Not fancy; but clean and we slept well. Included breakfast was nice, waffles/cereal/yogurt. Didn't have an elevator, but third floor trek wasnt too bad. We just needed a good place to sleep - would go back.

Place in heberalwas not clean. Especially in breakfast area. The free breakfast barely had anything. Yogurt, bread, apples... the refrigerator leaked inside all over our food. And air conditioner was preset and it was way too hot. NEVER GOING BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I don’t expect much from a Super 8. Still, this was way below average for them. AC in our room was blowing room temp air. It took an hour of fooling around with it before the front desk would let us switch rooms. Next room was fine. Everything is pretty run down. Showers in both rooms had minor issues. Breakfast was essentially zero. Make your own waffles, some hard boiled eggs, white bread. No fruits, no other baked goods, no other proteins. Powdered creamer for bad coffee. This place isn’t really trying too hard….

It was an ok experience. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and breakfast was minimal, but it served its purpose for the price I paid and that's all I needed for one night.

4 night stay and towels nor garbage was changed once. AC only worked on high fan, which was noisy and made it hard to sleep. TV remote was not programmed on arrival, had to have desk come make it work.

We had a king-sized bed. We stayed two separate nights in different king-bed rooms. All comments are true of both rooms. The bed was really comfortable, the sofa not as comfortable but acceptable. I don't think the hide-a-bed in the sofa would have been comfortable at all -- too thin. The bathroom was clean and bright, but on our second night there was no body wash in the body wash dispenser. The TV did not have a directory. The refrigerator worked fine as a refrigerator, but the freezer compartment didn't work well at all. Breakfast was the bare minimum: a waffle-maker, syrup, bread for toast, butter and jam, cereal and milk. No protein at all, not even granola bars. On our first night the juice dispenser had no juice. On our second, there was some cranberry cocktail. Summary: the property is neat as a pin -- clean and comfortable. Incidental amenities are just so-so. We stayed twice on the strength of the first night, and would consider them again.
