Our stay was fine. It was just a place to sleep for the night. The front desk lady Tina was very nice. The hotel needs major upgrades. It's very dated. Parking was onsite. It was very icy and no salt had been put down. The breakfast is basically just snacks instant oatmeal packs and coffee. If I had to stay here again I would but it definitely wouldn't be my top 10 of choices.

Great little property. Great checkin, fast and friendly. Room looks great, tv is awesome and very easy to use. The only set back is the way into the parking lot is a bit confusing and the lot is slightly dark and a bit ominous…lots of people walking around with their dogs so it kept it lighthearted.

We were in town for one night and stayed here as a family of 6. The beds were standard but the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The hotel was old, but well kept. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very spacious room as well. My only complaint is the elevator was missing an inspection paper inside of it and it made a lot of noise and shook. I didn’t feel safe in the elevator. But other than that it was a good hotel.

This is an older property and appears to be well kept. The driveway to get to the building is very rough. Regardless of the physical building this place has an amazing staff that made us feel welcomed and we would defiantly stay again if we return to the Fort Wayne area. We did have a few random long hairs in the bathroom when we first got into our room, but that didn't ruin our stay. The process for checking out dishes was a bit weird. It would have been better to provide the dishes and give us dish soap so we didn't have to keep exchanging dirty dishes for clean ones.

Sadly, I can’t give this ES a good rating. The floors all look and feel terrible. Seriously gross. The tub was so gross I had to use all the towels to clean it. TV didn’t work so they had to bring another in. Expedia messed up reservation and I spent two hours fixing their mistake. They have a lot of trees around the property and didn’t mention how bad the birds poop on your vehicle. Need more non-tree parking. Had to pay to have car washed every morning. Staff were all nice and professional. But you can tell the building needs refurbished or condemned.

Not a place I will ever book again! Traveling for work, booked online and when I get there every parking spot, along the barriers, and even in the grass spots were full! I couldnt even get into the parking lot! Parked down the road and walked in to cancel my reservation where I was Informed that they get paid now even if I cancel!

Horrible! There was constant noise of children running from the ceiling during the day. I work nights, so I got very little sleep. There were also hairs in the shower, and a battery lying on the bed under the blanket when I arrived. It made me wonder if they actually changed the bedding.

When we arrived for our son's wedding reception we should have just booked another hotel. Lots of people are smoking and drinking out int he parking lot. We arrived in our rooms which were dirty and smelled of mildew. We had to go and purchase cleaning materials because the floors were dirty and sticky. The carpet was stained and the couches were ripped. The tub was so dirty! We would have tried to find another hotel, but we couldn't find one. This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! The photos are of the bathtub and the amount of Clorox wipes we used in one of the three hotel rooms that we had

Almost everything was good except that the tv remote didn’t work properly and the shower water pressure was low. The staff was friendly and helpful and within minutes we were in our room. It was clean and comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Definitely would recommend it and stay here again.

It was overall ok. I was a lil disrespected by the lady at front desk after a manager waved my security deposit. The ad on expedia and hotels said there was breakfast when all they provided was some granola bars and bagged muffins. The room overall was clean, wifi sucked, and the tv barely had 20 channels. For a weekend it was acceptable but a week or so someone would get tired of it. Hope this helps in ur decision making.

There was so much noise that I had trouble sleeping. Aside from the AC's loud noise, there were other sounds that I couldn't identify. Despite being a pet-friendly establishment, the room smelled like a dog and the floor was sticky. I become unwell because of my allergy.

Pretty decent property, nice room... Half the price of all suites hotels... Kitchen wasn't equipped with anything and the stove and microwave had seen better days. But all in all it was a good value.

The hallways were very pungent with cooking odors. The walls were very thin and the room above us could be heard loudly walking around well into 3am each night. Itmade it VERY difficult to sleep.

Extended Stay America is one of my favorite hotels in Fort Wayne. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is free and everything about this hotel is perfect to me! I will return again.

The hotel is in a great location and close to some things. The hotel has a smell but that could be due to the fact that animals are allowed inside. I enjoyed my stay the furniture is a little old but the bed was nice. The stove and fridge were old but again I was comfortable. Now the breakfast needs to be done way better.

Everything was fine. We were allowed to check in a little early which helped us out a lot. My only disappointment was there was not a coffee pot in the room and I was not told coffee was available in the lobby. Note to housekeeping- the top of the refrigerator was very dirty.

Breakfast was really minimal, but for me the worst was that I was told at check-in there would be tea in the morning, and in the morning there was no tea. In fact I was told they never had tea. I believe it is false advertising to say you have breakfast when you don't.

I should have thought more about what extended stay meant when I booked for a short sleepover on a road trip. Building was very busy, noisy. Lots of families and screaming, yelling, running, lots of pets. Hotel had some odour but was clean, room was huge, staff was great. Breakfast is minimal. Planning ahead I would book a normal hotel next time.

The room itself was fine, clean. The neighbors above had kids jumping off furniture like elephants until 11pm every night! I called to front desk nightly who said oh we've had complaints for 2 weeks! And most of managers or staff out sick so no one had authority to do anything about it. Also next to zero breakfast, a couple granola bars, oatmeal packets on a coffee bar was a joke to say breakfast included. I'm not a complainer but yeah this wasn't great for those reasons.
