Courtyard Worcester

The room was clean, but the service no good at all, the breakfast very very very poor and the service in the that cafeteria for breakfast they are so rede specially if you talk Spanish if you speak English they are better more or less but the service is disgusting, I wouldn’t go there again, las señoras de la cafeteria son terriblemente odiosas, especialmente si les habla español, cosa que no entiendo porque son de Puerto Rico y su principal lengua es español, pero son súper groseras de verdad si van a ese hotel no compren el servicio de desayuno incluido porque no vale la pena ellos solo tiene 2 o tres cosas que no son buenas, además no vale la pena ir a desayunar donde te tratan mal, mujeres tan groseras.

Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas pero las ventanas son cristales sellados a la pared y no se pueden abrir así que el aire no se puede renovar y a veces te da sensación de ahogo. Las puertas de las habitaciones no se pueden dejar abiertas por el peso y porque no hay nada que la pueda sujetar .

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The bar/lounge area was okay, but the paper menus gave it a cheaper feel than expected. I ordered a margarita that unfortunately wasn’t very good, and the dinner food quality was just average. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay and much better than dinner.

You should go back to free breakfast you used to have as it was much better than what you have now. Also, the shower water was like warm and the hot water from the faucet was scalding hot - which doesn’t make sense except trying to save money. Disappointed in my room from what I experienced in the same hotel in the past.

Very clean! Comfortable beds!
