I stayed for one night and the fire alarms went off 3 times. One at 6:00 AM and another at 6:30AM. Breakfasts was small and they didn’t cook more once it was finished . I was lucky that I was still able to get some food. Also a receptionist was never there so I self check out . I only stayed because I had to . Next time I’m booking another hotel

The elevator was not working most of the time and we were on the third floor. Breakfast was ok but limited and they were not ready at 6:30, it took them until after 7am to get everything set up. There were questionable stains in the hall carpet on the third floor but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. They did not have a laundry which was disappointing because we needed one and the nearest place was a mile down the road. The outdoor pool was also closed despite 80*+ temperatures.

The hotel is ok for the price we paid. The rooms size was good for a family of 4 staying in a 2 queen bed room. The hotel had a weird smell overall and tbe room smelled bad too, but the air conditioning covered it up. The breakfast was good. They didn't have any forks or knives, so that was difficult for us to eat the waffles and the sausages. There is a church in front of the hotel, so one of the nights when there was service, there was no room for parking in the parking lot, because apparently the church goers parked in the hotel parking lot. As I said, the hotel is ok for the price we paid.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was nice. The area it was in was decent. There is a church across the street and when they are having service, they park in the hotel parking lot which is extremely frustrating when you aren’t able to find a parking spot.

The elevator was broken and front desk didn’t mention it during check in. When asked about it they said “oh, yes, it is broken. You can take the stairs.” Didn’t know when it will be fixed due to “long weekend due to the Memorial on Monday.” Had to truck all our things up and down many stairs ….

All day all night the fire alarm kept going off. The last straw was when it went off at 5am and scared me and my girl out of sleep. They said the alarm was fixed so I was relieved to get some sleep. 15 minutes later it went off again 2 more times. We had to leave the next day

Nice area in a commercial/light industrial area about 2.5 miles from Laurel town center. Several restaurants are near and walkable, while most of the town’s other restaurants and other services are about 2 miles north. This hotel is clean and appears to be recently under new management; now undergoing partial renovation. The bath fixtures all worked, though sink and tub drains are slow, a common problem with older hotels. Housekeeping quality is high, and AC worked very well (important for Summer). Plenty of parking during my stay, and easy access since the hotel is close to major arterials. Small outdoor pool is nice for cooling off or entertaining kids, though it had a few leaves and twigs in it when I visited.

The staff was nice, but the bedroom smelled really bad and we soon realized the closet was full of black mold. We had a full refund but needed to stay in that room for the night because there was no more rooms available.

Dog barking in the hallway at 3am for over 30 minutes. No food on buffet at 8am. NO COFFEE. Found black mold on ceiling of bathroom. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at properties owned by Neeman Properties and managed by Ark Hospitality.

Bed Bug Infestation! I woke up to numerous bites on my back and, upon inspecting the bed, found bed bugs crawling on the bed. I reported the issue to the front desk before checking out, as immediate action is necessary to address this serious problem.

Room was absolutely disgusting, pubic hair all over bathroom and in sink. Mattresses protectors had nasty stains all over them. Food in fridge, food splatters in microwave, food and hair on tables. Horribly smell in room and hallways. Two families we were there with were told they over booked and had not rooms. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $50 to sleep in a clean facility!!

The hotel was booked to capacity and I got the last room. It was a double and there were bed bugs. I didn’t have any other option but to sleep in the chair. I left around 6 am and tried to report it but no one was at the front desk. I just placed my key card on the desk and left. Also it was a little noisy but not too irritating and there was a lot of smoking. I will never book this hotel again.

The people at the reception were nice. Not much of food options but free 24 hours coffee and tea. It took forever to get cleaning services. Wifi was one hell of headache. Never connect and doesn't stay on. You always need to be reconnecting. Rooms were okay. Not properly clean as we met some waste around the bed area. I think room cleaning after each stay should be a bit thorough than regular cleaning as some people smoke inside the facility. Their elevator always felt scary being it. Makes so much noise. Other than that my stay was just okay.

The night shift manager was rude we had to change room twice as AC was not working the one room we could smell weed and smoke detector was covered with plastic and thermostat was not working the shift manager did not bother to come up and look waited 30 minutes went down he gives another room that room bed had bed bugs could see them morning breakfast the eggs were not ready upon asking she said it will be done by 9.00am breakfast closes at 9.30am no plates she said eat it bowls very very rude morning general manager Michelle was great was juggling from floor mopping to attending front desk never stay at this property again no one bother to clean the pool horrible experience

Check in was 3:30. No rooms were clean at 5:00 still. No cleaning staff arrived for work. Garbage everywhere outside. Lobby and 2nd floor hallway stunk like marijuana. Staff cleaned the room in 7 minutes. Comforter stained drink circles left on table tops from prior customer. Breakfast had only butter for waffles, bagels, any bread. Only diet yogurt. Waffle machine took 18 minutes to cook a waffle. Staff made excuses for everything going on. Issued refunds due to lack of rooms for a lot of people. We were late to our event by an hour due to hotels ability to let us check in room.

The front desk was left unattended most of the time. We stood outside the hotel in the cold for over 20 minutes waiting for the front desk to left us in. I addressed my concern with Manager. She brushed it off as if it was not as if it didn’t need a dressing.

Staff charged my credit card multiple times. Stating I have to put deposits down. Which is wrong, because I booked online and full amount was paid for. Mistakes cause by rookie employee or some sort. Employee kept telling me my card was declined but on screen, I can see it said approved. It took days to clear pending charges. We booked two rooms for 2 nights and we were locked out after the first night. Our keys wouldn’t work anymore. I have to go waited for the keys to be program again for the second night. Stay away from the breakfast, unless you like burnt and crispy sausages.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed. The nightly rates are very reasonable, and we love how quiet and clean the hotel is. It makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Additionally, the location is perfect for accessing the subway with convenient parking just a short drive away.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were so clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff kept it stocked and clean. Something for everyone . Great location. Free lemon water station. Loved staying here!

Pros- Fair stay for the price. Friendly staff. Great parking. Cons- My room. Had not been cleaned very well. Hair in the bathrom. And a clump of hair in the bedroom. Breakfast had minimal options and was under stocked.

There was very limited breakfast on Saturday morning, juice was out, waffles were out, hot food was biscuitsand gravy but there were no biscuits, coffee was out. We waited for a while and ended up spending more time going to the Double T Diner(which was great!)i tried to save some money and time b picking a hotel with breakfast but that didn't work out. The hotel was about as expected for that price range.
