The property is behind a Dunkin' donuts but it is in a complete state of disrepair. I paid for the suite and I've stayed in hostels in India that were in better condition. This location is a hot bed for transients and the rooms are dirty, no towels stocked IN the room, and their staff clearly does not care. I drove around the property and the road itself is full of potholes, many of the floor level rooms have shattered windows. Youre better off sleeping in your car and saving yourself the money.

The bathtub needs repair had to shower standing in water because the pull up for the shower head to switch from bath to shower wouldn't pull up all the way. The sliding door handle was broken so it was difficult to open and close the sliding door. The pool room was dirty.

We couldn't use the pool but 2 days to do it not being clean the water was all cloudy. There where cockroaches everywhere in our room in the hallways. I paid the price I did for the pool and couldn't even use it and had to deal with roaches and try to make sure I didn't bring any home with me. All in all stay sucked. Wish I could get my money for the whole 8 days I was there back. Room sucks ppl that work there have no common cartecy of a nat and the breakfast was nothing like they say in the add.

The outside of the building has a patio door on every room about a foot away from the cars parking. When you enter it smells and looks horrible and run down. We figured it was only for the night so we'd just survive it. We got into our room and it was 97° and the a/c was broken and barely attached to the wall. The walls were dirty and there was a whole new gross smell in the air. I didn't want to sit on the chair let alone lay in the bed. We immediately checked out and they said I could only get a refund from hotels.com and hotels.com says only from them. If you are looking for a cheap gross smelly place...this is it!

Internet was spotty throughout the entire hotel. Came across a spider and roach in my room, the tv was static on all channels and AC wasn’t blowing good air. On top of that, they weren’t telling other guest to keep it down. Kids running in and out the rooms almost knocked my 2 yr old in the pool cursing non-stop. It was a bad experience.

Smells of marijuana, carpet is grimy, dressers missing drawers, toilet backed up, cockroach in bathroom, dry blood stains on both beds sheets, mold on ceiling, in severe need of new paint job, trash piled in hallways, it was disgusting. I cannot believe it’s even listed on Expedia. We left after checking our 3 different rooms. They did process a refund.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve checked into. We left after 10 minutes it was so fowl. You are smacked in the face with an odor as soon as you get into the lobby and the smells only get worse as you get to the hallways. There was pubes on the toilet. The AC was broken. The lamp shades and pictures on the walls all busted and old. Random splatters on the walls and ceilings, disgusting old smelly carpet, shall I go on? It was just truly nasty!!

What a horror room 101 is. Next to pool, room too small, beds too tall. Old room fixtures cracking. Pounding pipes through the night. Not much sleep. Beds too small. Eagar to check out the next morning. Condition of motel is from the 1960s.

The first room I was assigned had wet towels on the floor of the bathroom, a full trash can, and an unmade bed. The room I got next and took had little holes in the curtains, a dirty wall, scorch marks from an iron on the carpet, knobs missing off one drawer, a drawer pulled out an put under the nightstand, poor reception on the TV, and damage to the tub. Check-in took much longer than expected and an unexpected $50 refundable deposit was added on to the room charge. I stay at 7 hotels a year and have been doing so for over 30 years. This is the worst one I've been at.

No breakfast! Bed was so uncomfortable it had a huge dip in the middle. Ice machine on the floors floor does not work I have to go up to the second floor for ice. TVs have cable but it's not clear. Toilet did not flush properly and I had to clean out my own tub.

The images do not match the property. It is not updated or well maintained. Floor was cracked up. Covers were stained, burn marks all over hot tub. Middle of bed sank in. I will not book again. In a good surrounding area though.

The service in this establishment is absolutely terrible! Our technicians had travelled 10 hrs for GM training and get to an environment that was to be nice dingy unkept and unsafe . This facility needs vast improvement. The literally opened the door to the room and watched the bugs scatter. Turned around and checked out. Have called multiple times to get a refund of this room and at this point will not answer my calls. Techs had to go find another room for the week. This place should be shut down and not allowed to rent rooms to anyone. Worst place I ave ever seen!!!!

Front desk attendant was sleeping in the office every time someone tried to go get assistance. Entire building stunk, saw someone shoot up in the parking lot, our room smelled like cat piss and the sheets were stained, and the cord for the TV looked like it was chewed through by a rat. Building should be closed immediately.

Staff wasn’t at the desk. I had to call the business phone to show up at the front desk, where I stood for 2 minutes. When the staff did appear he never acknowledged me he just picked up the phone to answer the call. I told him that it was me calling and I had booked a room online and he gave me an irritated look. I went to the room there were holes punched in the walls and the bathroom door. The bath tub was worn out, dirty, and molded. The ceilings were peeling. The bed was decent.

Ignore the free breakfast, there isn’t any. Site should update. Place smelled heavily of weed, all the time. Music coming at all hours screaming obscenities. Managers did nothing. Several groups of men swearing and shouting at each other, mostly at night. People alerting manager, nothing done. Room shabby, furniture ripped up. 500 for 6 days was just wrong. I tried to get some money refunded for not having breakfast, no luck. It’s a nice area of town, but that place is a slum. 1 guest came running out saying there were roaches in her room. Don’t go there!!!

Trip hazard at front door wife fell. Staff not concerned. Drain grate pushed in. Front office and entrance smell like weed. Took picks of room Exhaust fan sounds like it's going to fall out. Growls loud and is useless. Hall ways smell like weed. Kids selling drugs in parking lot. Chair in room stained and dirty. Had to cover with a blanket. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. Fridge barely works and is loud. No continental breakfast. Might be able to find a granola bar.

The condition of the hotel was horrible. There were issues with cockroaches, the place had a horrible smell, no breakfast as advertised, there was coffee pots in the rooms, but no coffee provided, there were no plastic cups available for bathroom to brush teeth and rinse mouth, bathroom flooded and when it was reported they did nothing, would only give us two towels to soak up the water, holes in walls, popcorn ceiling falling, toilet paper dispenser was not mounted firm came out of wall, furniture was missing pieces, overall condition of the facility is extremely poor

Twenty minutes to check in. Waited 10 for front deak person. Smelled like skunk (marijuana). Cracked peeling finish in the shower. Bathroom door didnt shut all the way. $50 deposit upon check in,even though room was already paid for. What????? Continental breakfast 2 choice of cereal, 4 pieces of bread,apples and coffee. What???? Will never stay at one of your properties again. I could go on,why though,i know this will fall on deaf ears. Have a great day.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.old ,dirt,and hanging curtains Smelly Bedsheets Horrible maintenance Unfreindly and unhelpful staff at the front desk Zero ventilation in the rooms and bathroom. Despite of clearly mentioning on their page as breakfast included,they said they dont give bf since last 3years that too only when asked.So clearly bf is a scam! The breakfast at this hotel was lacking a lot of foods. The hotel only has an outdoor pool no inside pool or hot tub. The room service apparently only comes every Tuesday and Friday.
