It nice and quiet but maybe because the elevator was down the entire time and I wanted the 3 rd floor.( I’m not most people didn’t want to walk up 3 flights of stairs) Pool was nice. Only 2 jets on the hot tub worked so that was disappointing. The room itself was nice and comfortable. Parking was an issue at this location. We were out for the day and came back around 11 and there was no spots to park. Husband went in and asked where to park and the very nice agent allowed us to park right up front by the door. ( we were leaving very early in the morning) The staff was very friendly. I interacted with 4 different staff member and all were very friendly. The swing shift front desk agent was especially nice and went out of his way to help us even tho he was on crutches.

Really enjoyed all the amenities and the fact that this property was pet friendly. The only drawback was the severely sloped parking lot. There was a flat area, but it was always full, leaving us to park in tight, sloping spots.

Positives: The rooms interior very clean and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately the pool area was not very clean and the hot tub only had one working jet. The elevator was not working.

We received no notice that the pool and hot tub were down. It was down for a few days before travel. I couldn’t cancel since I booked through Expedia and that every other hotel was basically full by then. Very disappointed. Beds sucked too.

Everything about the stay was great except for the parking. Both nights we were there we struggled to find a spot to park. Both nights there was a different truck plus trailer that parked sideways and took up at least 5 parking spots. This was very frustrating that they were allowed them to do this in an already small parking area.

We stayed for 2 nights the weekend before Christmas. My younger kids and their cousins were excited to swim. Upon arrival, I was told the pool was closed. Why wasn't I notified? They said the manager didn't notify any of the guests. The front desk clerk was nice, but was frustrated, likely not the first unhappy customer. I asked if they had worked with a nearby hotel to allow guests to use their pool. They said, no. I had stayed at hotels that did this before and their effort was appreciated. I was unhappy and asked if there's some sort of discount or something. They said the manager would contact me to discuss. I never heard from the manager. The pool was still closed when we left. We spent $60 someplace else so the kids could swim...not good when already travelling over the holidays. Customer Notification? NO, by choice Alternate Accommodation? NO, by choice Discount or Anything else? NO, by choice Another frustrating thing was the wifi. They are part of Hilton now and require a membership to use the wifi. Initially, it is free, but it was a pain to setup...especially on more than one device. Also, if you plan to stay in Hiltons or Hamptons much, wifi likely won't be free. The room was ok. Having stayed at Hamptons before, I recall the rooms much nicer and in better condition. We made the best of it and at least had a place to sleep. I will likely steer clear of Hiltons and Hamptons going forward unless something changes.

Really bad experience with this hotel. I have booked 6 rooms and all the 6 was not clean, no soap, no remote control and was clear that they not change the bed sheets also elevator broke. Not recommended Not staying there anymore

The room was a little to be desired for the cost. The bathroom sink would not drain. We pulled out the stopper and you would not believe what was there! DISGUSTING!! GROSS!! Had not been cleaned in a very long time! The bathroom door squeaked really bad. The shower door would not stay closed. So had to place a washcloth in it to keep it shut. The chairs in the room were badly stained. Placed a towel on the seat before i sat down. Not the best place but not the worst.

Room and staff were good. Elevator should be repaired. Seems to have been a while. Hotel is near major roads so expect noice. It’s is nice to have a fridge in the room but many hotels build it inside a cabinet so the noice is covered. This fridge stands alone and was rather noisy.

The bed was very comfortable. The Internet worked very well the front desk guy was extremely nice very quick and easy to check in the breakfast. This morning was really good. I do recommend that you need to have more gluten-free options.

Breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfy and staff was nice. I had to call down at 1230am though as the people above me were letting their kids run all over for over 30 minutes. Staff handled it as the kids were quiet within A few minutes of my call to the front desk.

As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed with a warm inviting atmosphere. The grounds are well kept, Employee was very kind and informative. He checked us in quickly and directed us to rooms. Pet friendly is a must for us, I appreciated that fact that pet area is also very well kept- lots of doggie bags available. Pool was clean and kept up- our kids had so much fun! My 2 year old grand daughter said yay for her CATION! We are on vacation visiting family. She approves.

Desk manager was disrespectful. Arranged with desk staff the night before to extend the check out by one hour. Manager called and was rude on the phone because a note was not made by her staff and told me I should have come down in the morning anyway. She did not apologize and was rude when we were checking out. Additionally, food in the breakfast area was not cooked, eggs still cold, and many items not replaced in a timely manner.

Blinds didn’t work in the room, breakfast was poor, fresh fruit consisted of 4 brown bananas and a green apple with bruises, no meat offered with eggs, juice machine broke no juice offered, 3 yogurt snapped up and not replenished, no coffee cups in lobby, and front desk staff (young man) not pleasant.

Nice, clean, however the breakfast was empty. No juice, no milk for the cold cereal, asked them to refill the eggs, potatoes and bacon, but they said they were out. We were there 3 days and the juice was "out of order" entire time. Had to ask front desk person to come refill what she could, but they were out of most things. She did her best. Over all, stay was great,
