The 3 reasons I booked this hotel was location, breakfast included, and a pool for the kids. The water is so cloudy that you cannot see the bottom of the pool. I didn’t want to chance ear infections or some random skin rash. So breakfast was good, location was good, the pool was a big disappointment.

I’ve booked at this hotel twice in the last year specifically for the pool and online it said the pool was open. Only to go to use the pool that evening to find out it was closed and not going to be open. This happened both times I’ve booked and the ONLY reason I booked there and I had 3 little kids with me and they were very upset.

This place was pretty nice. Very close to the airport, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Pool was nice after a ling day of traveling. Had good breakfast options. Good stop for a little recharge after traveling all day.

The hotel portion of our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The disappointment was with the shuttle service. We couldn't get a ride to the airport via the shuttle because the driver was late. We couldn't ride the shuttle from the airport after our trip because the driver had already left. The front desk staff did order us an Uber when the shuttle wasn't an option, which was helpful. However, they need to improve in the shuttle service area of the stay.

What stood out the most of our stay was the friendliness of all the staff we met. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful in any way. Also, the room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. If we come back to Raleigh I will definitely stay here again.

The Rooms were horrible, filthy, dirty, with mold, no TV remote, and the walls and door knobs were filthy. We walked into the bathroom. There’s a giant cockroach on the bathroom counter. We asked for clean bath towels, but that never happened. We finally checked out when the toilet stopped working. Y’all know you need a toilet that flushes. Finally, we checked out and found a different hotel

I never leave bad reviews, but we chose this room due to the good reviews, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences that we’ve ever had. We entered the room and it smells horrible, covered up with a maple syrup smell. The curtains look like the room has been flooded at some point. The table was dirty with a spilled sticky substance, there were dead bugs everywhere, generally not clean with tons of hair and dirt in various places. Get in the shower and there’s no shampoo or conditioner in the attached bottles. I would recommend finding somewhere else.

It was a room. It was in an area I wanted to be close to. The room had a mini-fridge that leaked onto the carpet and the hairdryer was not connected to the wall despite the mount. It was a cheap hairdryer and the bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep for more than 3hrs

I booked a room with double queen beds and both beds were much smaller than Queen size! The bathroom door was a thin double door that did not lock and you could see right through into the bathroom. Completely unacceptable!

The rooms and overall hotel is a bit dated, but that's not really a problem. The tvs are regular flat screens kinda big too and the rooms are neat, but the doors for the rooms (on the inside) don't turn and are kinda hard to close. Overall I would stay again.

This is a great hotel that’s close to the airport and has a nice pool and free breakfast. Staff are very nice. The only thing is we had to change rooms because the cabinet with the fridge in our first room was literally rotted out and made the whole room smell like mildew. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us a new room but it was pretty gross to find and it makes me wonder why they would rent that room in the first place because there’s no way they don’t know it’s in that condition.

The room could use some maintenance. The sink was broken, the light was broken and did not come on, the carpet had stains and the refrigerator has to be plugged up because it’s not when you get the room so it takes time for your things to get cold. But other than that, everything else was great the food, the pool and the staff.

It is very convenient since they have an airport shuttle that starts at 4am and there are a couple of food places within walking distance. The hotel is in pretty decent shape and the shower was great. Our only problem was the king size bed was literally 2-3 inches lower on the head end and the whole center was sunk in at least 3 inches, we rolled with the punches, untucked all the bedding and moved our pillows to the opposite end of the bed, hugged the edges and got our 4 hours of sleep before our early flight, 😂!! But seriously, I think it's time to replace the bed frame and the mattress, it was the most worn out bed we have ever slept on.

The property had landscaping that looked pretty nice but the paint on the building looked rough. Lobby was clean. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom was not- the bathroom floor was filthy and there was stuff on the wall in the shower. Am front desk guy was VERY nice, as was the gentleman that drove the shuttle. They were both very professional, friendly and kind.

I really have no complaints regarding this Hotel. I thought a few areas in the room could have been cleaner / updated. A little rust here and there and dust under the sink in the corner. However, staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was nice and quiet for the most part.

Quinta Inn really came through for me. I reserved a room at the Microtel in Morrisville, I have a service dog, and they treated us awful. Hotels.com gave me a full refund, and I booked a room at Quinta. They were very helpful, Britany was very nice and even waved the early check in due to my situation. I would definitely stay here from now on, when visiting Raleigh.

The night desk told us the airport bus would take us on demand. We arrived at the desk before 5am to be told the bus had already left and that the times were on the hour and half past the hour. When I pointed out the bus should still be there, as it was not yet 5am the desk representative would not help and became argumentative.

After I took a shower about an hour before checkout a La Quinta Housekeeper walked straight in my room while I was stark naked. Unacceptable!! Then I checked in super late (11:45 pm) cause my flight was delayed and I asked for a late checkout and they told me no it would be $25/Hr. Overall experience was a 2 out of 10. Points on a comfortable bed.

Will never stay at any La Quinta again. We reserved a specific handicapped-accessible room a month in advance and the incompetent staff gave away the only room that would accomodate us, even though we confirmed in advance that we would have a room. We traveled half an hour out of our way specifically to stay at this hotel, and the staff was horribly unhelpful when they realized their mistake. They did not offer any help or any sort of compensation. Staff were unaware of the accessibility of their rooms as a whole, which is totally and completely inexcusable. We were left without accommodations at 11:30 pm at night, and also had to throw away leftover food that we could not store, costing us about $80 in lost food. Between the food, gas, and increased price of finding a last-minute room, we probably ended up spending $250 more than initially planned. It is absolutely inexcusable that this was allowed to happen, especially when a wheelchair user is left without acceptable accommodations. Accessibility is the bare minimum, and staff painfully dropped the ball. Shame on staff, especially for not offering compensation of any sort. Will never stay at any La Quinta again. We reserved a specific handicapped-accessible room a month in advance and the incompetent staff gave away the only room that would accomodate us, even though we confirmed in advance that we would have a room. We traveled half an hour out of our way specifically to stay at this hotel, and the staff was horribly unhelpful when they realized their mistake. They did not offer any help or any sort of compensation. Staff were unaware of the accessibility of their rooms as a whole, which is totally and completely inexcusable. We were left without accommodations at 11:30 pm at night, and also had to throw away leftover food that we could not store, costing us about $80 in lost food. Between the food, gas, and increased price of finding a last-minute room, we probably ended up spending $250 more than initially planned. It is absolutely inexcusable that this was allowed to happen, especially when a wheelchair user is left without acceptable accommodations. Accessibility is the bare minimum, and staff painfully dropped the ball. Shame on staff, especially for not offering compensation of any sort. This place was pretty nice. Very close to the airport, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Pool was nice after a ling day of traveling. Had good breakfast options. Good stop for a little recharge after traveling all day.

Currently there’s construction outside the hotel making the access very inconvenient. During our stay, we ended up making U turns several times because we missed the entrance.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff. Just stayed 1 night after flight cancelation. They are working on roads around the hotel but at the moment, not very pedestrian friendly. Not much within walking distance. Just a few restaurants.

The room is large and clean. Good breakfast selection with coffee available for us early risers. They are still working through issues with a recently installed Spectrum TV issues and it is very difficult to find channels. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a great hotel to stay at! The staff was friendly and also helpful. The rooms were amazing. Love the dove soap btw! The only down side was some of the breakfast machines were broke. Likely to be fixed soon. Great location too.

I am not a fan of hotel's not doing daily room clean, and then when asked - say you need to request room service every other day. There was no such indication to this effect. I thought this was a 3 star hotel. I will not be back. breakfast was rediculous - scrambled was swimming in water - Bagels were not precut, and no bagel cutters around, had to use the plastic knife to cut the bagel.

Loved the free breakfast sauqsage patties, fresh mini waffles you make from the batter, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, fruit, apple juice coffee, orange juice etc. loved the free airport shuttle to the airport only 5 mins away from the airport!

The highlight of this property is the friendly service and attentiveness of the staff. Shuttle to the airport was great. The property is a bit dated and in need of a spruce up, but that has been an almost universal observation of hotels since the pandemic. thanks for everything!

My one night stay at La Quinta was okay. The first room I was given I walked in and after five minutes walked back down to the desk and asked if there was another room available. Tatiana was very gracious when I explained the air conditioning unit was so loud I could not even think. My second room was bigger and the air conditioning was not as annoying. The couch in the room had spots on it and the lighting was not very bright. The lampshades were a yellowish tiny and two of the lightbulbs were out Thankfully I was there for just one night. Breakfast was fair, the offerings were limited and at 8 am 5 coffee wasn't fresh tasting. I know this would not be my choice to stay in again for the nearby conference I was attending. Thankfully the staff was nice!
