Two night stay. Room itself was large and clean and the bed/mattress was excelent - no complaints. However, be warned that the restaurant becomes an event space/night club for non-guests at night and the parking lot is overwhelmed. We came back from dinner at another venue at 8:30 p.m. and we had to circle the lot several times to find a spot when someone finally left - at the far end of the lot. The kicker was when I questioned a $15 per night "Boutique Fee" on my bill and was told that it was for parking and other unspecified amenities. The staff claimed all websites contain a disclosure that parking is an extra (not disclosed on Hotels.com and certainly not charged to the several hundred party guests). We had breakfast in the restaurant - food was OK, but they threw in a 3% fee for using a credit card and added a 20% gratuity for barely acceptable service, without bothering to tell me.

Comfortable bed, nice room, bar and restaurant on property. It has a pool. Nice outdoor sitting area. The bar has entertainment and can be loud although it isn’t noticeable from the lobby. Try to avoid rooms over the bar. If you want quiet conversations there is a nice outdoor social area.

Very large room, with a microwave, fridge and coffee making. Shame there was no tea. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the winter when I got there in early September, despite temperatures being in the high 20s C. The "boutique fee" on my bill was a surprise $15/day to cover the, coffee machine, microwave, etc. It\'s a ploy to get more money out of you without paying the tax.

Everything was good except parking is an issue there was an event happening in the restaurant which caused issues with parking space for guests staying in the hotel. Arrived late in the evening hoping to relax frustrated with no where to park 😕

There was a couple’s quarrel (loud) for a good period of time in the mid night hours next door to my room, sound like they were fight at one point; things were smashing, doors slamming, yelling back and fort and they even came out into the hallways. There was a strong marijuana order through out the hallway and extremely strong in the elevator. Big turn off…

While the staff was very friendly, and the room itself seemed clean, building was old and had an old smell about it. The surrounding area in the town was not very nice, and did not seem safe in the evening hours. The parking lot had a lot of garbage in it.

Room was, at best, moderatley clean. Furnishing were old and outdated. Tv demote was filthy and didnt work properly. Walls amd door are so thin i could hear.cobversations in the room next door and rowdy people in the hsllway. For the.price. $300,.its a ripoff.

Bad smell in the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes. At 12am there was a party in the next room. loud music and shouting. I had to call the front desk to stop it. good things: free parking, comfortable beds, and good AC. I would say it is a hotel for one night only.

A good hotel at a decent price. My stay was last minute and this place worked out just fine. Staff (front desk and restaurant) was very pleasant. Hotel itself seems to be older, but has had some updating though could probably use some more. Only real drawback I had was the smell of pot in the hall way. I would be okay staying there again if I’m ever back in the area.

Not very impressed with the hotel and its setting. Walked into a not so impressive lobby with the smell of cleaning products. The way to the room was clean but the room looked old and weary in spite of their modern decor. The bathroom had leaks from the bathtub and the toilet seat was scary to sit on. The faucet didn’t fit the sink well as all of the water poured out of the sink. The heater system made noises throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. Not the least, I will not be staying here anymore.

I was quite comfortable at this hotel. The staff was friendly from the reception desk to the nightclub. The bed was luxuriously cozy. Room was clean, the only downside was that the bathroom is very small. Other than that I had no complaints.

My family and I were here for 1 day to celebrate the New Year. The hotel was easy to find and in a very well lit area. We did not feel uncomfortable or anything. While it is a very nice hotel, there are a few updates that it needs such as the showers. And the Internet service was kind of slow. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The staff members are very nice and the hotel is in a great area. My biggest frustration is there was a party or celebration of some sort going on every night in the bar during my stay (3 nights). My room was above the bar. The loud music and people screaming/celebrating was annoying and made it hard to sleep which sucked because I had to be up early every morning. This was my first time staying here since the name changed to NoMa, so this was new to me. If I ever stay at the hotel again, I need to be on the highest floor.

I liked the layout of the room, it did seem a bit outdated but it still felt comfortable overall. The bathtub was very worn and had some old stains and cracks. The phone in my room didn't work, and I hadn't noticed until I tried calling the front desk the day after checking in. Some of the staff were very kind and helpful. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which worked for me but could be a dealbreaker for those with mobility issues. My biggest issue was the wifi, it did not work for me at all. It was pretty useless on my laptop and so-so on my phone, but I ended up just using my data after a while. I decided to check out early because I really needed reliable wifi for my trip and it wasn't worth it trying to find a coffee shop or public space whenever I needed to use my laptop.

While the cost was reasonable, the night spent here was not. Check in took a while since there were a number of people checking in and only two staff members present at the time. During the evening the fire alarm went off and no one answered the phone at the front desk. Upon walking down the stairs and attempting to go out the door, I ran into the firemen who reset the alarm, I went to the front desk and inquired and the staff was rude, non-responsive, unhelpful and just unfriendly. Big turn-off. Room is large but not functional enough. Bathroom is very small.

I had an A/C issue during my stay so the first two nights were really uncomfortable, however the staff was really accommodating and did their best to fix the issue - ultimately it was Carmelo who saved the day, he changed the AC unit and I was able to really enjoy my last night there. Carmelo is the best, the nicest man, I’m so grateful to him and the manager Jai who went above and beyond to make things better. The food in the restaurant downstairs was incredible, I met some really great people during my stay and I look forward to my next one.

Everything was great until a maid decided not to knock on my door & let herself in while I was watching tv, I did not request housekeeping. This happened twice , the second time she knocked but did not give me time to answer door & let herself in again, I am not happy about this .

Customer service needs substantial improvement. No flexibility for two hour early check-in. Waited four hours for housekeeping to fix a problem. Problems with parking though it is advertised as free, and front desk staff made vapid excuses for not fixing the problems, thinking I should be grateful for a coupon for a free tapas in their restaurant and two 8 oz. bottles of water in the room. They make a point over and over again telling you it is a boutique hotel, but it isn't a boutique experience. Oh, and they overcharged me on my bill, then said it will take two weeks for it to be reimbursed, saying it was a security deposit. It wasn't on my bill, but I found it on my credit card statement. Feels like a scam to me. I won't ever be coming back.

We arrived late in the evening and requested a late check out and was told 1pm. Housekeeping banged first at 11am and we told them we had a late Check out. The front desk rang our room at 12:05 demanding we leave our $274/night room by 12:00pm or we would be charged $75!

The property is so close to Monroe University and the convenient of the food, pharmacy, bank, everyday essential items is so great. For my first time in NYC and New Rochelle I would recommend this property. It was GREAT.

If you looking for a hotel close to Munroe College in New Rochelle I highly recommend walking distance coviently located to resturants and a movie theatre. Only wish breakfast was complimentary room service meals abit expensive.

It's nice for the price. The air conditioner in the room is extremely loud, facilities are a bit old (although they are in the process of rehabbing), and the restaurant is not open for breakfast even though there is a breakfast menu stuck under the glass top of the desk in the room (that was a minor wrench in our plans one morning). But it's cheap and clean.
