Pool was out of service; EMPTY. Said it was not the season, but it is summer time. Then admitted owner did not want to spend money to maintain it. Told them they should post on their online site that pool is closed. Paid $70, but this place should be $50. Should get a $20 rebate. There are better places nearby. Abound this place.

For the price the actual room was not the worst ever. The sheets were dirty. No elevator. Place was really not ready for occupancy. Pool was under construction. Washer did not work. Hallways were extremely hot. Workers didn’t wear shoes. It was really weird. Sketchy characters walking around. Towels were limited but felt like sandpaper. I asked for more towels they made me turn my used ones in. Water was leaking too. Smh.

Property was under major construction. Some group was here holding what sounded like a rally or church service with chanting and clapping until 10pm and then proceeded to talk loudly in the halls and outside until close to 12. Bed had one thin top sheet. Bathroom had few amenities. Shower was rusted and toilet barely flushed

When we arrived the front desk clerk wasn't even at the hotel. We waited for about 15 minutes and were about to leave when he pulled up outside and came running in with his bag of food from Burger King. There was a Walmart shopping cart right outside the elevator on the third floor, the ac didn't work in most parts of the hotel, especially in our room, and there was mold in the ice machines as well as the ceiling of the pool that maintenance was painting over the next morning. Won't be coming back, wouldn't have stayed in the first place but we were desperate

The second room was a little better until the air conditioner cover fell off. This is full of false advertisement. "Breakfast" was cold coffee and pre packed muffins. The pool was empty. The halls were outdated and smelled of smoke. I had to buy toilet paper because no employee could be found. There was a cat living in one of the rooms.

Where do I start. No pool (under construction), room okay, facilities are old, area is questionable, poor tv channel selection. Positives; towels sheets & bathroom were clean, easy parking, close to restruants, easy access to the freeway, cheapest i could find in the area.

This property needs mayor updates. There were blankets on the couch in lobby...furniture was full of damage...room was dirty (desk not cleaned or wiped down)...sheets were stained....weird strong smell in hallway....pool was empty....mirrors dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. Much work needed.

From the very night it was terrible.the toilet set was broke so everytime you sat on it the seay would move to the opposite side. The second night the air conditioner started sparking electrically so I went up to the front desk to let them know and it took them forever to come to the room and instead of putting us in a different room they took out the air conditioner and went up had to replace the cord and we sat there and the heat the whole time. The pool wasn't open the breakfast that they show is not what you get. The rooms that they show are not all that correct this place was a mess and I will never come back here again.

There was mold in multiple areas in the room. The room had not be cleaned as expected. There were no blankets. The towels looked extremely old and wash cloths seemed more like rags than towel material. The window did Not close all the way and there were gaps in the frame.

Any review that says they are “clean” or “great” are lying this place is disgusting. It reeks of smoke even though we had a “non smoking” room and all the doors to our room and the lobby say no smoking. The bathtub looked like it was spray painted white I’m assuming it’s so stained that’s what they did cause there was paint all over the drains and faucet. You don’t feel safe in the room cause the latch at the top of the door looked like it had actually been ripped off. The air conditioner hardly worked it kept going on and off every 30 seconds if we didn’t just get in super late we would have stayed somewhere else. Although it was irreverent to us the pool was not full and did not look like it had been open for a while. I wish I had pictures we rushed to get out as fast as we could!!!

Our stay at this hotel was interesting to say the least. I took plenty of pictures of our room. There was mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty. The shower was dirty. Our sheets and pillowcases had stains and didn’t look like they were clean. The room reeked of urine as soon as you entered the room. The lamp shades were filthy. The floor lamp was plugged into a broken outlet. The toilet seat was even cracked. There were holes in the wall. The receptionist saw my mother and I at the front desk and stated that she thought we had already checked in. It was then when I asked about additional towels, wash clothes, and sheets/pillow cases for both bed. We only received one set of sheets and pillow cases and two towels. Out of everything that house keeping dropped off. The two pillow cases were the only thing that weren’t stained. The A/C unit was full of dust and had a foul smell coming from it. The carpet had not been properly cleaned. There were crumbs on the floor.

Absolutely disgusting. Carpet was covered in debris, rooms smelled like smoke, found needle on the floor of our room!!! And the toilet flooded our bathroom!!! I want a refund!! Ive called every hotel in the area and they are all booked

!!! 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT REQUIRED THAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT !!! Upon check-in you pay a 50 dollar deposit and takes 5 days to 2 weeks to get back. Wear your shoes your entire stay because the floor is disgusting. I showered, got dressed by the bed, walked back into the bathroom and my footprints were completely black on the tile floor from the well worn and obviously never been cleaned carpet. Hair on the walls of the shower. The white doors are black around the handles from dirty hands. The towels are stained brown and red. The owner and manager of this facility need to be replaced because it’s poorly managed and the filth is appalling.

Parking lot was sketchy. There was a guy that appeared to be living in his car and it appeared he was dealing drug or something else nefarious cause he would get into other cars leave then come back till the next car showed up. The toilet squealed ever time you flush . The building had a lingering odor of marijuana. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room. No toiletries.no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The sheet was ill fitting it kept coming off. Three pillows for a king bed .The air conditioner was the only that worked good . You could see screw holes all over the door frame from multiple lock moved and replaced. There wasn't one on at the time of our visit just the deadbolt. Staff was adequate. Not very friendly not rude just there... Overall I would give the hotel 1.5 stars at best .. not worth the money.

I have requested a refund for the trip & still have not received. Men were hanging around outside. The outside of the property was dark. I did not feel safe staying there with my family.

When checking in, was advised that hotel was a smoking hotel and that my reservation had placed in a smoking room. The evening desk clerk was able to move us into a "non-smoking" room but it still smelled as it would in that situation. There were burn marks on the chair in the room as well as the sheets on the bed. No remote in room for the TV. A/C would cut off after 15 to 20 mins with a error code and the only way to correct was to turn it off and back on. Bathroom had hair on the floor and mold in corners. Due to be so tired, we did stay but slept in our clothes and checked out the next morning. At check out, advised morning desk clerk that we were checking out a day early and returned key only to be blown off and was still charged for the second night.

Its smell bad!! The room was not clean and the air conditioning was so loud that I couldn’t turn it on. The sink had stuff in the drain so it drained slowly I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend no one to stay

You get what you pay for; I get it. I had no high expectations but seems like some quality maintenance would go a long way. For example, there was no stopper for the tub and the walls were scuffed and bruised. The refrigerator and microwave were in decent condition and clean so the head boards could've received some attention as well. I'm not sure if there were designated areas for smoking but ut seemed like someone was outside my window smoking all night..ugh!

The refrigerator and microwave were in decent condition and clean so the head boards could've received some attention as well. I'm not sure if there were designated areas for smoking but ut seemed like someone was outside my window smoking all night..ugh!

While the location was good, this place was smelly. The walls were visibly soiled and needed a good wipe-down. The toilet was not level. The a/c didnt work. The shower curtin rod was duct taped up. I would not recommend staying here.

The entire experience was horrible. The first room we checked in to the window was broken. The glass was free standing without a frame. The sheets were filthy. The second room was a little better until the air conditioner cover fell off. This is full of false advertisement. "Breakfast" was cold coffee and pre packed muffins. The pool was empty. The halls were outdated and smelled of smoke. I had to buy toilet paper because no employee could be found. There was a cat living in one of the rooms.

First they put me in an occupied room. Then after I specified I wanted a smoking room they gave me a non-smoking room. The whole condition of the motel was horrible. The internal lock was ripped off the door, so if we wanted to maintain privacy we could not, and did not feel safe. You need to take that you offer breakfast. Serving only coffee and tea and samples of coffee cakes is not my idea of breakfast. How about offering juice and something a bit more substantial for breakfast.. I will not be selecting another Wyndham property again.

The first room we had the air didn’t work so they switched us to a different room. That room was terrible, both locks were broke. The room was dirty, the towels were still wet the blankets were dirty. The floor had stuff all over it.it stunk so bad. There was a film on the mirrors. The toilet whistled every time you flushed it. The sink leaked as well. Our keys stopped working. The manager blamed us for the keys not working after he shut them off saying they only work for a day, we booked the room for two days. I asked for clean towels and was told there wasn’t any clean.

No extra locking mechanism on the door for safety. Bathroom was a bit outdated and slightly dirty. Not a lot of top comforter on the bed or extra pillows. Rooms could use some fresh paint. We had a non smoking room which was fine, however the hallway smelled of deep cigarette smoking (maybe could use some air fresheners or neutralizers mounted in the hallway?)

When you first walk in, it smells so good when you leave the lobby and go towards the hallway it smells really bad! Even in the rooms it smells bad! We had a problem with our toilet that need maintenance attention and our key to the room hardly worked. It would take minutes to get in the room each time. In our room, I saw a couple of holes that looked like someone tried to patch up. There are no drawers just a cubbie hole next to the desk where the lamp was. There was only one hanger. It is very old and needs a lot of updates. The best thing was the water was very hot. I wont be staying here again. Plus we saw a skunk in the parking lot when we were leaving out!!!!!

This property disregarded my expedia reservation. I showed up to claim my room, but was told that there were none available. After a late flight with my young son, this was extremely inconvenient and stressful. The property still charged me for the night! Thankfully, they did agree to reimburse me, fingers crossed.

Looked this place up to stay a night here for a nice weekend trip with my S/O. Do not go here, this place is run down and the air wasn’t even turned on. We went into our room and the lights didn’t even work. There was also a cot laid out and a room key in there, and it looked as though someone was in a hurry to get out of there. Do not waste your money here, asked the lady upfront for our money back, and she refused to give me a refund.

I did my check out early in the morning around 4:30 am, the guy in the counter did not pay attention to nothing that I said. He did not do nothing in the computer just asked for the room number and he continue watching TV. I asked about $100 deposit that they took from my credit card and he said not worry about that. realy bad customer service.

This hotel Pre Authorized my card without my approval. They blamed it on Expedia but when I got Expedia on the phone they back tracked and stated they didn’t know why it was charged on their end. Upon arrival there were random people sitting outside making cat calls at women walking by. Inside while I was talking to the desk clerk a man came in claiming his car had been moved in the parking lot and a man ran out of his room. The attendant said for him to call the cops. I felt very unsafe from the moment I walked up to the hotel. I am still disputing and waiting for my reimbursement from the fraudulent charge.

The overall rating I give this stay is 2 star. I booked room online and upon checking in I was charged a 50.00 deposit I was told I would get back. The transaction is on my bank statement, I still have yet to receive it and it’s the middle of the month. They told me I would get it 5 business days after checking out and I checked out on the fifth. I’m handicapped on a walker cause my hips are collapsed and the desk attendant would not give me a room on ground floor, the remote didn’t work, was told there were no new batteries, the fridge leaked, there was no blankets only fitted and top sheets, when I asked for a blanket I was told the top sheet was the blanket, no fresh towels, no housekeeping to get the garbage each day, considering I’m disabled and there was plenty empty rooms! I will never stay here again

Parking lot was sketchy. There was a guy that appeared to be living in his car and it appeared he was dealing drug or something else nefarious cause he would get into other cars leave then come back till the next car showed up. The toilet squealed ever time you flush . The building had a lingering odor of marijuana. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room. No toiletries.no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The sheet was ill fitting it kept coming off. Three pillows for a king bed .The air conditioner was the only that worked good . You could see screw holes all over the door frame from multiple lock moved and replaced. There wasn't one on at the time of our visit just the deadbolt. Staff was adequate. Not very friendly not rude just there... Overall I would give the hotel 1.5 stars at best .. not worth the money.

The check-in process was fairly quick nd easy, and check out as well. While checking in there was what looked like a prostitute passed out in the corner of the lobby. She was sitting out on the concrete in front of the lobby a couple hours later when we left for dinner. The sheets, blankets and pillow cases all had little brown stains all over them, the phone didn't work to call down and ask for new ones, so we just dealt with it. The bathtub plug didnt work, we had to shove a washcloth in the drain to give daughter a bath. The tub also had some black scub in the bottom that required me to scrub it before hand. The air conditioning/heating unit was unplugged when we got there and it took 15 min to figure out that the outlet for it was up underneath it on the floor; again no phone to call down and ask, and we were clear in the back and in a hurry to get dinner before our event. This was a last minute pick for us bethe hotel room we originally booked elsewhere gave our room to a large party. So not our first choice, but definitely not somewhere we will choose in the future.

What I liked about Days Inn, it was located close to my brother's home. What I didn't like was the fact that the picture on line is deceiving. The property outside is not manicured at all. I wanted to cancel my stay and go somewhere else. However they would not return my money. The inside lobby looks and smells good. However once you open the door to go to the individual rooms, the hallway has a order, and not a pleasant order either. The 3 nights we stayed our room was never cleaned, except for the 1st night, check in. We had to ask for clean linens each night. The tube is dingy, and the faucet pulls away from the wall when you turn the water on. The building looks like it was never updated since 1960. I am very disappointed that this was one of the selected hotels on your list. I rate this hotel a 1!!!

I have requested a refund for the trip & still have not received. Men were hanging around outside. The outside of the property was dark. I did not feel safe staying there with my family.

The lady at the front desk was nice. But as we were going in there was 2 men sitting on the ledge, one was drinking whiskey & the other was drinking beer!! Went to our room & it stunk so bad. Went to front desk & told the clerk. She took us to another room. The blankets on the bed were so yellow stained!!! We left & told the clerk!!! And I think there was drug dealing going on in the parking lot!!! I’m would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

The sink stopper was completely gone. The tub/shower stopper was completely gone and it was leaking up from the floor from underneath. Tub was loaded with hair that we rinsed out. Ice machine had black mold growing. Breakfast was coffee and one package of muffins. Staff was lounging in the lobby on the chairs during breakfast.

Very poorly kept hotel. The air conditioning shut off every 30 minutes. Advertised free breakfast and there wasn't any available. Shower had exposed pipes falling out of wall and the temperature control didn’t work. Only redeeming feature, the room was reasonably clean.

We prepaid for our room arrived at 10:30Pm and had to wait 25 minutes to get our beds made because they did not have clean linens. Although the girl that came in and made the beds was very nice and friendly. The pool looks like it hasn’t been opened in years.

I will start off by saying that the hotel staff were very nice and polite. The hotel itself is another story. The advertised pool with lovely pictures has not been operational for years and is in significant decay plus it was filled with garbage and broken furniture. The hallways were very dirty and the smell of both cigarette and marijuana smoke was overwhelming. Absolutely NOTHING like the pictures!
