Clean and a nice place to stay for cheap. A little run down but that doesn't bother me. We stayed for one night. It was nice being able to park in the mini parking garage. We did not have breakfast there, we ate across the street and it was awesome!

The pictures are extremely deceptive! Rooms are old and tired . Dirty nasty carpet and drapes . Pool was dirty, right next to the intersection. I didn't feel safe there . There was an adult video store directly behind the motel . I definitely would not stay there again .

Property was very out of date and dirty. Holes in the bed spread and blinds. Stains on the carpet. Bathroom smelled musty. Pool area had broken chairs, clothes left over from other guests, and garbage. Breakfast was ok...had to ask to restock items by 9am. Would not stay there again, especially with good options across the street.

There was half naked dancing yelling tweaker men around the building alot off and on. People took naps in the grass outfront off of 82nd dr and the pool was brown water and had floating garbage in it the whole time i was there 3 days not 1 peice of garbage got removed from the pool. I enjoyed the service of the staff they were friendly and the parking under the building was nice with camera coverage but the area is just not good and the trees block the veiw of mt hood

Pretty disappointing. The place was a lot grungier than the photos make it appear. Peeling paint, huge gap under the door, uncomfortable bed, poor lighting in the hallway, etc. The pool was closed (big disappointment for the kids). The breakfast was pretty spartan. No recycling options, despite being in Portland!

The place looks like it needs a number of repairs. Although I do have to say they were laying some new carpeting. The place was not clean. Entrance into parking lot is very difficult.

As soon as we walked in, there was a smell of mold; first place we went to was the bathroom and the first thing we noticed was mold on the ceilings. Turned the bathtub faucet on and the handle falls off not once but twice! Hotel towels had something that looked like dry boogers (don’t think they were even washed). Bedding/covers had 2 cigarette burns/holes in them. The air quality in the room was super thick and misty. Will not recommend.

Tile missing/cracked in the elevator. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was dingy/dirty. The mini fridge was leaking all over the carpet. The carpet was very wet. The lamp shades were cracked and the bedding ripped. Room smelled. The bathroom tile was cracked and missing pieces. The shower pressure was amazing!

I have low threshold for what qualifies as an acceptable room especially for one night.. this place did not pass, we left after about an hour a booked a different Hotel. Based of the specific room and experience we had I would only suggest this place to someone that’s only other option is sleeping on the streets or in a car. The issues are as follows - Halls and room smelled like a wet dog (cleared up in the room a little with the AC on) - Matress was broken on one side, totally crushed down like the springs were broken - Carpets were very warn like they’ve probably never had any type of deep clean ever - Broken light switches (faceplate was cracked and falling apart) - Side table were damaged and looked like they had 15 years of continuous wear on them - The door to our room was left wide open when we got there assuming this was to get the wet dog smell out but it seemed strange

My room had an odor and the floor was so wet it squished when I walked. The smell was coming from the fidge It was warm and water was leaking from the bottom making a giant puddle.On top of that the air conditioner was barely working.the air was warmer than outside even on high cool and the temperature wouldn't go lower than 68. When I went to bring all of this to the attention of the hotel staff the English gentleman told me that it was probably just unplugged that maybe there was ice that melted when it got unplugged. I had to beg for extra towels to put on top of the puddle and he refused to give me any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. He brushed me off and was just rude about everything insisting there was nothing else he could do about it. When I checked out I was told I had too many guests and I wasn't allowed to use their facility anymore. When I booked the room it was for two adults. I went to bed before midnight myself friend who was the second guest showed up shortly after that. He was turned away and told he wasn't allowed to be there. This place is uncomfortable, dirty, rude and just overall not worth going to. I probably would rather sleep outside.

Unfortunately, there was a terrible chemical smell in the hallway, but THEN there was a different chemical smell in the room. Both smells were not great, and the room was kinda not that clean. Also, the bed was the squeakiest bed I've ever slept on. It literally sounded like an old swing set. The only saving graces of this place were the staff, price, and location.

I liked that you could park under the building but that was all. Looked nice from outside but got into the elevator and the tiles on the floor were loose and broken. Went in the room and it had a bad smell. Stains on old carpet. Couldn't use the fan in the bathroom because the switch was pushed into the wall. Headboard was ripped and the furniture was old and dirty. Right next to a busy intersection so constant traffic and loud. Didn't feel comfortable or safe. Breakfast was awful. No pride in this property. STAY AWAY!!!

The hotel is fine and good value. The staff are fine too, helpful and keep busy. Driving to the hotel is challenging due to the design of the highways and access, but once you know where it is and how to get into the parking lot, it's okay. Saturday night was noisy due to loud vehicles outside that sounded like they were racing through the intersection. I needed to wear earplugs to get to sleep. Wound I recommend it? Yes. It's inexpensive and clean, but bring earplugs if you enjoy good hearing.

The heater and AC both worked fine. The room was comfortable. My only complaint was how loud it was from our upstairs. Neighbors will not be booking a room that’s below someone again.

Guy at services desk was great, door was a little different at first to open but guy at front desk help with no problem. Only other complaint would be the ac unit didn’t work very well and it got very hot in the room at night. We opened the window and it caused it to be noisy because of the people outside.

Overall I had a good stay! Only thing is if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, this is not it. It is located right next to the highway which was rather noisy at night. (It was conveniently located though!) All and all, I would definitely stay here again if I needed to! Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean. Would recommend to someone needing a place to stay in Clackamas.

Overall, this was a decent stay for the price point—not luxury, but not terrible either. However, I strongly recommend requesting a room on the top floor. The soundproofing between floors is virtually non-existent. It sounded like there was heavy activity directly above me for most of the stay. If you are sensitive to noise, definitely prioritize the top floor.

The only issues I experienced was that there was a small yellowish stain on the bed comforter and the headboards made of foe-leather was extremely warn and had two huge areas where the fabric was all worn away.

When we arrived there was homeless all over, the front lobby area was small and had a very strange odor. Front staff was pleasant, showed us to the elevator, which have broken tile, and still that smell. Upon entering our room, it’s seemed ok, just in dire need of updating. When looking closer, the bed was completely broken down with visible sloping on one side and multiple burn holes in the comforter. The bathroom was equally in need of TLC, floor tiles were broken and there was lack of grout around the tub. We ultimately asked for a refund, when our once nice front desk guy turned rude and basically threw my refund receipt at me and shut the office door on me.

When I got to the property the lady at the front desk was very short with me and rude, when I got to my room there was a strange stale odor that lasted all night and at 330 am the staff was making a bunch of noise outside of my room and woke us up when our alarms were set for 6am. Barely any sleep and a 8hr drive ahead of us. Very dirty and inconsiderate. Would not recommend.

We checked in 5pm and asked for a quiet room then we came back at 10pm and realized that our room is directly facing a heavy highway. I can't sleep for whole night. On second day I asked for switching to another room and clerk agreed that our room is most noisy room and said there will be a room waiting for us after we coming back(since we had plan to leave hotel at 10am). However when we came back at 9pm the hotel boss told us his clerk is lying he can't promise anything, he didn't have any room to switch us. I felt really bad about this hotel. There is no hair dryer in the room also.Hotel outside looks new but inside is poor. DON'T recommend it.

Overall I had a good stay! Only thing is if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, this is not it. It is located right next to the highway which was rather noisy at night. Quaint hotel. Nice for the price. It's location is a little hard to get in and out of but just takes patience. Hotel is a bit outdated but we were comfortable. Surprisingly, it was quiet enough despite being close to the heat and freeway. Continental breakfast is not on par with other hotels but commensurate with hotel price. There is an adult video store next door so you see some interesting people close but it wasn't a problem for us. For the price, it is a decent place to stay. Friendly staff is a plus

Room was clean. But slow drain in the sink. Shower curtain was not wide enough so water got out. Staff were nice. Breakfast was cereal and pancakes. Not what i would call breakfast. Notceven continental breakfast. No pastry. Pretty sad. Parking was ok.

the breakfast was included but to my surprise, the breakfast has bagels pancakes and yogout. I thought/wished to have some boiled eggs. Coffee and water were provided with the breakfast only (there might be some drinks in the afternoon but we often came back late)

Rolled in at 0145 in the morning. Graveyard clerk was supper nice and friendly. Up at 0645 and the food was tasty. My daughter liked the pancake machine. Graveyard guy was still on duty. Really nice guy.

The staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had limited options but was well stocked and adequate. Bagels was the strongest offering but there was a good toaster and plenty of cream cheese. The traffic noise was loud. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Very convenient location, staff very friendly, room very clean, carpet was stained, whole hotel needs updating badly. The breakfast was the same everyday with machine pumped out pancakes that come out like rubber and sit heavy in your stomach. Only bothered once, made other arrangements for the rest of my stay. The bed was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, decent for the money but probably won’t stay again
