Comfort Inn & Suites Airport-American Way

The quality of my stay was a mix. The carpet was stained and dirty, as well as the elevator floor. It was not expensive, so I guess in that respect you get what you pay for. The water was nice and hot for a tub bath, but the stopper was broken. The bed was very comfortable. Not an ideal area of town

On the second day stay a bad storm came through and knock out power bad over the city....but not knowing that the hotel would go out 😞 and I feel if I'm paying money for good service why don't y'all have damn generator we were in dark even into the next day not cool

This whole property is absolutely disgusting. Outside in the parking lot, there were loiters at all hours of the day and night, with signs stating the hotel is not responsible for damaged or stolen vehicles. Once inside, it’s immediate how dirty the property is. The entire place smells musty and everyone is either sticky or slick. The carpets are beyond repair and stained. Once in the room, you are met with the exact same. Ol, stained and sticky floors. The fixtures, bathtub, and toilet are old and damaged. The property is located in a very sketchy area/neighborhood. I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay here

Itchy bed, Pillows were very tiny and uncomfortable, water repairs on ceiling and all over inside, bathtub very slippery I almost fell and I'm a senior citizen it was terrible and the enamel came off in areas, we came here for the hot tub and swimming pool they said nothing online that they are Under construction Until I asked him the hours of the pool and hot tub and he said it's under construction run down air conditioning I have pictures to show everything it is the middle of summer Hotter than heck and everything is closed And we paid good money to come here More than we could have paid anywhere else that did not have a pool or hot tub, The manager barely spoke English it was very hard to understand his India Accent, Not very hospitable. do yourself a favor call before you go anywhere before you book anything because it's ridiculous at the hot tub in pool would be closed in the middle of summer. they had nothing to drink for breakfast only one waffle machine, And people were using it to make two waffles or more, I needed some papers printed out they had no printer as mentioned earlier I asked if I can email what I need to be printed out the man said yes I go what is your email address and he looked perplexed. Nothing to write home about please do not stay here you will waste your money and be very disgusted like we are.

We specifically booked this hotel for the amenities and the pool was closed. This was extremely sad and they should let people know about these things. Also breakfast was over earlier than expected compared to a lot of other places. It also needed a lot of repairs and the window was not locked. It did not feel very safe.
