Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Houston North Intercontinental by IHG

The staff were kind and seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had. The property was in bad shape. Even with some renovations, it seemed like a bandaid over a broken bone.

The property was clean and offered a great breakfast and shuttle service to and from IAH.

Nice room and decent breakfast.

Filthy! Sofa in our room reeked of urine and looked like they stole it off a porch in Alabama! I couldnt believe Holiday InnExpress would allow its brand on a property this bad. Heck, I doubt even Motel 6 would brand this place. I expect a sign outside that offers hourly rates!

The room was clean cant complain about that in the other hand the pull out bed the mattress was in a very bad condition the room did not had sheets of blankets for that bed had to go to reception to get some ask for two blankets but they didn't have more. we check out at 9:00am and I receive a phone call around 3:30 pm to tell me that some one was still in the room if I was extending my stay i was like Im sorry we check out at 9:00 am also the night we check in the y give our room to someone else the man was trying to open the room because they give him the wrong room #
