A great property, right off the highway and plenty of dining options nearby. Facilities were well kept, room was very clean and staff were very friendly! The breakfast was great, so many options and well stocked! The pool was perfect temperature and hot tub was nice and hot! My youngest son didnt want toeave this hotel haha!

Place was well-maintained, great location, good looking, clean. Pool is wayyyyy smaller than pictures on the website but its still fun and we had great time. Breakfast was 9/10. It was great! They lost a point as there was no bacon! But overall, great for families. No complaints!

The parking was crowded, the area around the hotel is busy - gas station and fast food restaurants are very close; it’s not exactly a beautiful, relaxing setting. The lobby smelled funny to me. The carpeting in the elevator was not fresh, looked soiled. Don’t think there was a back patio, say, away from it all. That would have been nice. Seems like they could add one. I didn’t see any doors leading to one. But, the BeautyRest mattress was very nice, as was the sunny atmosphere in the room in the morning. I slept well. Bathroom, fridge, TV, and sofa were also fine. The room was nice, but I wasn’t as excited with the environment outside of the room. The check-in and check-out times are generous.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good with plenty of options, gym is small but has a stationary bike, elliptical, treadmil, bench with dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs less 15's and one 25 lb was missing. Pool and hot tub was good and not too busy. The room was good with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge freezer. Bathroom was clean, a couple tiles on the floor were loose and need grout. The elevator and carpeting in some common areas in the hotel need a little love, but otherwise, it was a good stay. .

Upon entering our room, it was evident that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly, with noticeable crumbs and debris scattered about. Additionally, the bathtub didn't drain well, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water during my shower. However, the staff were polite and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was sufficient. It's a good budget option for those looking for a simple stay. We will give it another try and see what happens!

The staff was wonderful! The room, not so much. And we stepped up and paid for the bigger, nicer, more costly room. Stained smelly carpet, window lock was broken, bread clip left on the floor so not sure if it was vacuumed. Mold in tub area, stains on the bed skirt, cracked tile and the elevator looked and smelled like a milk container exploded. Breakfast was terrible. Soggy bacon, sausage had no color and barely warm. Omelette was tough and old and the water was terrible! Not going back!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was large and comfortable - I especially liked the ‘gently lit’ mirror! The only bit of feedback I have is that I wish there were outlets for phone charging cords. I did not have my adapter with me and had to resort to keeping my phone in low power mode so that I had an alarm in the morning.

There is absolutely NO noise insulation. Cannot sleep not even relax. You can hear every noise in the hallway. The worst thing is the noise from upstairs. It’s so LOUD it sounds like they are taking apart the room upstairs!!!! It’s giving me major migraine

Great service, easy check in and out. Clean room and comfy bed. A bit noisy with the highway and freeway right next to the facility. We were in late and right back out the next morning so not a lot of time on site but this is our second stay and just as good as the first time around. Good value too.

The room was incredibly quiet. We heard very little outside noise and, within the hotel, only an occasional door closing or footsteps overhead. The temperature regulation was excellent. At some hotels, we wake up during the night because we are too hot or too cold, but the temperature at this hotel was very steady and comfortable. The wide bathroom counter provided plenty of space for toiletry bags, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay! Our room had some slightly dated interiors (wallpaper, tub, phone, tv), but it didn’t matter at all. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, there were great amenities, the room was spacious, and it was very clean. The staff were very friendly! We will stay again if ever in the area.

The service and staff were so friendly! We were offered a room upgrade without asking. The rooms were large, spacious and very clean. Beds are so comfy as well. But the best part is the free buffet breakfast, it was probably some of the best free breakfast our group has ever had! Fully loaded and delicious !!

We stay in hotels probably 20-25 weekends a year and this was one of the friendliest, cleanest, most well appointed hotels in a long, long time! The front desk was so friendly and would greet us every time we walked by! Housekeeping was prompt and thorough and very kind! Lovely experience especially as we found this hotel at the last minute when the hotel down the road turned out to be a roach motel!! Very happy guest! Will definitely be back!

I liked that I was able to book a room when I found the Fairfield was sold out. I didn’t like that after I was settled into my room, the Wingate desk clerk came to my room and asked if I’d downgrade and move to another room so a family could use my larger room. I was told that when I checked out, I would be refunded $15 for each of my two nights stay. When checking out I was told by the morning desk clerk that refunds for my room downgrade weren’t available for my stay. I was made to feel as if I'd been tricked in to the change of rooms. I also didn't like that the carpets were unkept. The hallway rugs seemed very dirty, almost greasy, and the room entry way was about as bad. The little bars of soap smelled bad enough that I went to Walmart and purchased a bottle of body wash that I used before I was able to get into the nearby Fairfield by Marriott Hotel.

Hotel is off the freeway exit which made it easy to locate. Did not hear the freeway traffic so that is a plus. Inside and outside of property was kept up well. Good breakfast.
