Even though the elevators were not working (waiting for a part), the front desk staff was very accommodating and took our luggage up to the third floor. The hotel is being renovated and will be very clean/modern. Good stay, no complaints at all.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. The only complaint was they added too much chlorine in the pool and the hot tub temp. was too high. We couldn't stay in the pool area too long as the chlorine was irritating our eyes.

Bed was made but did not feel fresh and I believe the sheets were not changed. The basket in the bathroom had not been emptied. The cord to the telephone kept falling out and even hanging on the it at the connection didn't always work. The first time I have stayed at a Best Western I was unhappy with and all I got was "we are sorry"

Extremely Clean, Very friendly staff. My room was very clean, a lot of space, glass walk in shower, very modern with led around the bathroom mirror. The free breakfast has gluten free options. I would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. The condition do the hotel appeared to have some construction and be subpar. The room itself was as expected. Still has a slight scent of smoke. Some mold in the shower floor/tile and on the seat for accessibility guests. I don't think a person who does not need accessibility should be given those rooms. For the cost and service fees you pay for, the hotel should clean better or leave wall vents laying on the floor. All-in-all it was ok and I would stay again.

The room was beautifully updated and very clean. We were so happy with the space. Unfortunately when I went to the washroom in the middle of the night I saw a cockroach on the counter. Made me feel uncomfortable the rest of the night.

Typical business hotel. Ask for a room on the back side as the highway is noisy on the front. On the back you hear the GO train but that is better than the constant drone of traffic. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Staff is lovely and receptive. We asked to change rooms due to the traffic noise and were upgraded to a lovely suite. Basic breakfast included with accommodation.

Generally a good stay with a couple caveats: Tv system is overly complicated. Shouldn’t need 2 remotes to work one tv at a hotel. Shower water pressure is a joke… probably a bad idea to put a rainfall shower head in and setting the water pressure to a trickle. Rinsing took forever! Free breakfast was a decent selection if low grade food quality. Wife loved the pool.

It was a lovely renovated room but there’s no sound barrier between the rooms. The family next door was up until 1am and it felt like they were in the room with us. The breakfast was terrible and there were no dairy, gluten or vegan alternatives. It was incredibly disappointing for the cost.

A baseball team of sorts was making a huge amount of noise in the hallway outside our room. When I went out to see what was going on, there were around 20 kids and several adults outside. The adults were drinking and eating pizza while the kids were playing baseball in the hallway. I asked them to quiet down, mentioning that people were trying to sleep, but the noise continued for hours. I also called the front desk multiple times. The front desk attendant said she left a note for the front manager and then repeatedly put us on hold each time we called to report that the noise hadn’t stopped. The best they said they could do was leave a note for the manager tomorrow. The party went on late into the night, and unfortunately, nothing was done to address the situation. The next day, basically told us the manager may hopefully be in contact with us. Definitely one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Don’t bother with this place, there staff will not do anything even if the place is chaos

We booked a suite that had 2 bedrooms with a king and 2 Queen beds as well as a pull out couch. The description said that it would accommodate 8 people. We arrived after the checking time of 3, around 3:30, woman at desk says they are still cleaning room, not ready. I explained we had tickets for a show and were on a tight timeline. At 4:00 I was summoned to the desk for her to tell me that the room I booked did not exist. I had all the paperwork including the room description. She told me we would have to book another room to accommodate our group and we would be paying for it. The room I already booked was over. She said I would have to Pay for an extra room. My husband asked her to call the manager, she would not. I had noticed another hotel right next to this one and we were out of time. They booked us 2 adjoining rooms for less, everything included, made up our keys and did paperwork quickly so we could put our stuff in our rooms and go. I went back to the first hotel and asked for a refund and the same receptionist told me that she could not cancel the reservation, I would have to do it myself. NEVER AGAIN. VERY POOR TREATMENT OF “guests”.

You wouldn’t let us check into the room because we don’t have a credit card. Service was terrible. We had nowhere to stay for the night and no money to go somewhere else. We drive two hours only to go back home another two hours. Didn’t get to go to the Bluejays game tonight we paid $300 for 2 tickets. We’ve stayed at the delta in Toronto with no credit card before. We experienced the very worst service ever eve ever endured. Now we have to try and get out money back from Expedia too. What s disastrous experience. The gentlemen at the desk says well you booked with Expedia as if it wasn’t his problem. He wouldnt let us stay the night even though We paid for it! We were looking forward to this trip since June as we never get to get away and this happens

Upon check in there was irrational decision making and regular to accept reservation because I often keep my physical credit card at home and bring my driver's license & phone with Google Pay that shows credit card details. The hotel has a policy you need to bring the physical card, which was 4-Hour drive away. The staff did not care and simply stonewalled me saying I was not allowed to check in. All the information that identified me was available, because the staff had my name and credit card, my license showed my name and my picture, and like almost everybody now under the age of 50 I can use my phone to tap contactless for my credit card, and IT shows my credit card number! Instead of trying to find a solution that didn't leave me without a place to stay for the night(hint: maybe let me answer personal identification questions then?!) her solution was to say goodbye to me until I could go find another credit card. Embarrassingly, I had to call a nearby elderly family member who had other things to do that day, to come & check me in on his credit card & cover the security deposit. More flexibility & independent decision-making authority required for staff please, or have a manager with common sense be available.... Because telling someone who has paid for the room through Expedia they're out of luck, without working through the challenge with them, is unacceptable customer service. Best Western is out of touch with reality with this policy, count me out, BW!

The staff at the best western in Burlington never fail to deliver exceptional service. As a regular returner to this hotel I'm always welcomed with a smile and warmth. The staff were able to check me in early and everything met my standards. All the reception staff are another level and I think most hotels should have service just like these guys. Was lovely to see my friend on reception (girl with braids but forgot her name ) who was always happy to see me. The staff in Burlington I cannot fault in any wayyyy

20 minute walk to the Burlington GO station. We were able to walk to the GO station, stay in Toronto all day, and come back to Burlington at night for significantly cheaper than staying in downtown Toronto

Great location just down the street from the Burlington GO station which enabled to easily travel in and out of Toronto for a concert. Toronto hotels are much more expensive. The room appeared to have been recently updated. Breakfast included is always appreciated.

Great stay. Breakfast very good except not kept hot enough but there was a microwave to remedy this. There wasn’t a non stick spray for waffle maker so it was hard to get cooked waffles off.
