Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Brot und Gebäck waren frisch, ebenso die süße Auswahl. Bester Mohn-Nusstrudel ever😍. Tolle Teeauswahl. Nicht so gut waren die Säfte, leider keine frischen. Gefehlt hat auch Wasser, ohne Zusätze. Aber auf unsere Wünsche wurde sehr nett eingegangen. Mittagessen gab es keines. Die Bar schaut zwar toll aus, auch das Personal sehr nett. Aber am Feiertag vor 15 Uhr nur 4 Pizzen zur Auswahl, sonst nichts. Das Kuchenangebot ist wirklich top und alles hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und wir haben auf den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht gebraucht, daher auch keine Bewertung. Richtig schade fanden wir den Zustand vom Gastgarten und Innenhof. Alles sehr lieblos, ungepflegt, Riesen Pool ohne Wasser, keine echten Blumen. Weder im Garten noch auf den Tischen. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber über die Bahn und Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war super, der Fitness war sehr großzügig ausgestattet und der Wellness Bereich war absolut top! In der Größe und Ausgestaltung findet man es wirklich selten. Wir hatten inklusive Frühstück gebucht und das war echt reichhaltig, vielfältig und sehr frisch! Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist das riesige Einkaufszentrum auf der anderen Straßenseite. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen :)

Zimmer sauber. Frühstück gut. Schwimmbad Fliesen lebensgefährlich. Mit beiden Füssen gleichzeitig ausgerutscht und auf den Hinterkopf aufgeschlagen. Bin ins Krankenhaus zum CT. Hoer besteht dringend Handlungsbedarf.Es war kein Mitarbeiter im Wellness und Badebereich anwesend.

Staff is very friendly. We arrived three hours earlier and it after a short while at the quite nice bar our room was ready. Pool indoor and outdoor were very pleasant on hot summer days.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the tram station and 30-40 minutes to Center. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, rooms were clean and very nicely renovated. Pool and health area were fantastic as well, great hotel for families. Highly Recommended

Sehr gut Anbindung, man ist mit der S-Bahn in nur 10-15 Minuten in Wien. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Aussenpool und Innenpool. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können, aber das was es gab war lecker. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer ganz oben und ich war voll zufrieden! Dort war es sehr ruhig und ich konnte gut schlafen! Das Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem fühlt man sich sofort wohl, da es mit Eleganz und Luxus damals ausgestattet wurde!

Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer ganz oben und ich war voll zufrieden! Dort war es sehr ruhig und ich konnte gut schlafen! Das Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem fühlt man sich sofort wohl, da es mit Eleganz und Luxus damals ausgestattet wurde!

In town for a family get together, I stayed at the Eventhotel Pyramide because it was the chosen hotel by other family members. The quality of the establishment was adequate, from cleanliness to quality of food. However my issues range from impolite staff at the bar/restaurant to also unclear or false information at the time of booking. The resort boasts an airport shuttle, yet when requesting transportation for my flight, I was told they do not transfer 1 passenger at a time. They would call a taxi which would be at my own expense. I was told, too bad. The employee said he was empathetic to my cause, and when showed the booking information, he clearly agreed with my point, but said he was not authorized to send me by shutttle at the hotel’s expense. The added cost would have totally changed my place of stay. Clearly not what was advertised. As for the impoliteness of the bar/restaurant staff. The two men working last night were extremely impolite and ruse with many guests, not myself. I overheard them at certain occasions yelling at patrons. Telling them just to leave rather than staying for drinks or dinner. Absolutely unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. Shame on them.

It was a very nice high quality hotel with very friendly staffs. It was only a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance while there are event cent(pyramid building) and another entrance on the left side which were under renovation. After walking around 15minutes, I could find the hotel entrance. Other than that the hotel was perfect for me.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber über die Bahn und Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war super, der Fitness war sehr großzügig ausgestattet und der Wellness Bereich war absolut top! In der Größe und Ausgestaltung findet man es wirklich selten. Wir hatten inklusive Frühstück gebucht und das war echt reichhaltig, vielfältig und sehr frisch! Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist das riesige Einkaufszentrum auf der anderen Straßenseite. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen :)

Sehr gut Anbindung, man ist mit der S-Bahn in nur 10-15 Minuten in Wien. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Aussenpool und Innenpool. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können, aber das was es gab war lecker. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the tram station and 30-40 minutes to Center. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, rooms were clean and very nicely renovated. Pool and health area were fantastic as well, great hotel for families. Highly Recommended

The pool was very unique and pretty. Unfortunately we didn't have a long enough stay to use it. If we ever spend time near Vienna, we'd definitely go back there. It is easy to get to from the highway and the train station was a short walk from the hotel and it went straight to downtown Vienna.

Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Brot und Gebäck waren frisch, ebenso die süße Auswahl. Bester Mohn-Nusstrudel ever😍. Tolle Teeauswahl. Nicht so gut waren die Säfte, leider keine frischen. Gefehlt hat auch Wasser, ohne Zusätze. Aber auf unsere Wünsche wurde sehr nett eingegangen. Mittagessen gab es keines. Die Bar schaut zwar toll aus, auch das Personal sehr nett. Aber am Feiertag vor 15 Uhr nur 4 Pizzen zur Auswahl, sonst nichts. Das Kuchenangebot ist wirklich top und alles hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und wir haben auf den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht gebraucht, daher auch keine Bewertung. Richtig schade fanden wir den Zustand vom Gastgarten und Innenhof. Alles sehr lieblos, ungepflegt, Riesen Pool ohne Wasser, keine echten Blumen. Weder im Garten noch auf den Tischen. Auch nicht im Wellnessbereich draußen. Ungemütliche, verschmutzte Liegen. Der Innenbereich Wellness zwar bis 22:00 geöffnet, aber so finster, dass man nichts lesen kann.

Although most of the staff was really nice the was an odd few not so. House keeping dosnt replace the coffees or toiletries. Never even cleaned the room 2 days running. I had to complain one day when they had done the room as when I got back to the room late and was about to get in to a freshly changed bed the was fresh blood on the cover.

This is a massive hotel in a massive complex next to a massive shopping center. The whole ambience is souless. I expected that and chose this Hotel for its convenience to the highway and to my business in the Vienna centrum the next day. It was a five minute walk from the front desk through the bar and restaurant to the elevator, up the elevator and down a long two halls to get to my room. The front desk staff when I checked in was very young and seemed bored by their job. They made me feel as if I was asking stupid questions about the two parking lots, one free and a 10 minute walk and the other €20 a night but right outside, and the location of a nearby movie theater complex. Their bosses should tell them to at least fain enthusiasm and friendliness when greeting guests. The bar staff was friendly, but did not know what gin martini was. Luckily, another bartender there did, and it was excellent. The food was good enough (baked Seabass) but not excellent. Breakfast was in a huge conference style dining room and was the typical scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. fair. It was mediocre, and overpriced at €25. I had very specific logistical needs on my road trip, which led me to spend the night at this hotel. I would avoid it in the future, but I could live with it again if I had the same logistical issues .
