Upon arriving, the biggest challenge was simply finding the hotel. The location and access were confusing, and even our local Uber drivers struggled to get us there. The property is not easy to reach, and the small access area makes it difficult to accommodate larger groups. The surrounding area could also be cleaner, with better upkeep and landscaping. The staff, however, was phenomenal friendly, attentive, and willing to help wherever they could. The apartment we stayed in was very clean overall. However, there were a few issues. In the bathroom, running water in the sink caused water to trickle into the tub, which created a persistent rotten egg odor throughout our stay. Additionally, there were no face towels provided, only larger bath towels, which was inconvenient. Housekeeping was available during the day, but there was no one to remove trash outside those hours, meaning guests had to take their own garbage out. The exterior cleanliness and landscaping could use significant improvement at times, the property looked neglected, almost abandoned. A refresh with both external and internal renovations would make the hotel look more modern and inviting.

Love the location nearby the metro, line 1 yellow, excellent for visiting the monuments and museums. The personal were extremely kind and helpful, my apartment was clean and quiet and also with a lot of space, great for cooking. The hotel has washing and drying machines and free coffee!

Gute Lage, Metro nah bei, in 20 Minuten ist man mit der Metro am Louvre. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit! Wir hatten bei der Ankunft Schwierigkeiten, das Parkhaus zu finden, dem wurde aber durch die gute Beschreibung des Rezeptionsmitarbeiters abgeholfen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem.

Excellent accueil à notre arrivée et tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre est propre bien équipée. C’est un peu bruyant à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Le sol est revêtu de parquet ce qui induit que l’on entend les personnes du dessus marcher quand elles ont des talons. Je préfère cela qu’une moquette qui vieillit mal. C’est une baignoire dans la salle de bain. Il y a un tapis jetable pour mettre au fond et ne pas glisser. Le métro est vraiment à côté de l’hôtel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The linens and towels were very nice. We stayed 5 days and had a stocked kitchenette with a large refrigerator. The daily breakfast was very nice! For the price this hotel was perfect for our visit.

Very clean and modern apartment. Bathroom was really small but wasn’t a problem for us. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was spotlessly clean & good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a little tired looking outside the building but nothing that would stop me booking again. Really close to a metro station for travelling to central Paris which was only under 10 mins away. Some nice lively bars & restaurants nearby. Would happily recommend this accommodation.

I would say the Hotel was average given the 4 Star rating. This is a functional hotel next to a metro and rooms are ok. Beds very comfortable and space was good. Bathrooms very small.

Short distance from metro station, good size of the room. Place is quiet, but ventilation is such that neighbor's kitchen cooking odors spread rather far (perhaps guests need to be educated on the hood usage). Kitchen somewhat undersupplied (only one rather small pot, pan, few kitchen utensils, microwave instead of real oven/micro combo, tiny dishwasher, very small counter). A few small irritations that bothered me throughout were sharp edges on door handles and cabinets, poorly designed shower curtain, hard closing of all doors (closets, fridge, cabinets, entry doors) making a lot of noise, which was not well insulated. AC system never really worked the way it was programmed (temperature was always higher than that set by the user by couple of degrees), but I was lucky that the overall outside temperature was not too high, so didn't feel that much of discomfort. Not sure how it would feel in a heat wave. Overall good option for a single traveler longer stay (e.g. week), but a few rough edges in the actual experience.

Personnel accueillant, chambre confortable, idéalement situé mais manque d'isolation du bruit par la porte. On entend pas mal les autres portes claquer et les conversations des personnes dans les couloirs. La lumière passe également sous la porte. Mise à part, tout est là pour le confort, mon séjour s'est très bien passé.

Was good. Quiet in rooms but got a bit hot and couldn’t figure out how to regulate the heating so just opened doors onto the balcony which helped but opening them meant lots of noise from street traffic. Generally was clean and very cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location absolutely great for getting into Paris by metro. I’d recommend.

We stayed in the La Defense area b/c the Citadines offered a little (and it was little) kitchenette. I had a 2 burner cooktop sink and microwave (no 'oven'), and a teeeeeny dishwasher (I'd rather have an oven). And a small fridge, but it was roomy enough to hold all we needed. We mostly ate breakfast in the mornings, and some microwave frozen dinners a couple times. There is a huge mall about 2-300 meters from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants around and in the mall, as well as a full supermarket. The subway station is VERY close and easy to use. The one line takes you directly to the Louvre and many other sites, and it is fairly easy to navigate to get onto other lines. Once you are in the subway, you can transfer w/o additional cost to most areas w/in the city centre. The room was smaller than it looks online, but OK for two people. Bathroom was clean but also small. There is not a lot of room to store things. They only clean 1 time/week, and we had to remind them, but they were very nice and cooperative about it. They will give you anything you need upon request. As for "quiet". We were surprised how noisy Paris is in general. The windows when closed, however, made the room at night almost silent! The hotel doors slam - no way to close them quietly. We noticed in the reviews that a few people complained about 'no air' in the hotel rooms. We found if we left the window open all day until bed time - the room was comfortable (April '25).

Malgré le check inn fait 2 x en ligne, a priori ça a planté. 15mn pour s'enregistrer en arrivant avec 3 changements de personnels. Et j'ai dû tout répéter 3 fois.

Emailed in advance to do an early check in twice. Received no reply. When I arrived I was told their policy not to do early check in. I was told to wander around the area and then check back to see if a room was ready. I did for an hour and they said there were multiple rooms available and there had been since I arrived. So they were just jerking me around.

Excellent accueil à notre arrivée et tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre est propre bien équipée. C’est un peu bruyant à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Le sol est revêtu de parquet ce qui induit que l’on entend les personnes du dessus marcher quand elles ont des talons. Je préfère cela qu’une moquette qui vieillit mal. C’est une baignoire dans la salle de bain. Il y a un tapis jetable pour mettre au fond et ne pas glisser. Le métro est vraiment à côté de l’hôtel.

the front desk is rule, I want to pay one extra night stay, they gave me a quote and I said OK, but after waiting over 30 minutes (yes, they spent 30 minutes working on this, I have no idea what they are doing), they gave me a new quote which is 3x price as previous one, ridiculous. I don't know how they work, they looks like first day at work.

Love the location nearby the metro, line 1 yellow, excellent for visiting the monuments and museums. The personal were extremely kind and helpful, my apartment was clean and quiet and also with a lot of space, great for cooking. The hotel has washing and drying machines and free coffee!

Gute Lage, Metro nah bei, in 20 Minuten ist man mit der Metro am Louvre. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit! Wir hatten bei der Ankunft Schwierigkeiten, das Parkhaus zu finden, dem wurde aber durch die gute Beschreibung des Rezeptionsmitarbeiters abgeholfen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem.

Highly recommended! Only one thing is the hotel location was not easily found, especially when you traveling with uber. But if you go with metro, it’s excellent, just 3 mins walk from metro and connected with foot bridge

Hotel localizado em uma área bonita , tranquila e moderna de Paris, muito próximo ao metrô linha 1 que passa no Museu do Louvre , Arco do Triunfo e outros. Por perto há shopping, supermercado e restaurantes. Acomodação com mini cozinha e utensílios para refeicoes rápidas, cama confortavel , chuveiro bom. Espaço pequeno mas acomoda bem 2 pessoas. Gostei muito!!!

This hotel is near the Metro....you can hop off the metro and walk for about 5 minutes to the hotel. The rooms are clean have all amenities and appear to be new.There were 5 of us ( a family) so we got an apartment and a studio, next to each. This is a great place if you are staying for a while because it has a full kitchen. The toilet being separate from the bath was a nice feature. The staff were very nice and gave me extra blankets as requested. The only issue is there was no complimentary coffee or tea in room, like American hotels. However, there is a convenience store about a 2 minutes walk where you can probably buy some.

We stayed here in a one bedroom apartment with our two children (13 and 11) over the Easter weekend. The sofa bed was super and plenty big enough for the two of them. The entire apartment was perfect for the weekend with everything we needed and so close to the metro that it was incredibly easy to get into the city centre for all the sights. They only serve breakfast but there are a few places nearby where you can eat - the main La Défense area is only one stop away on the metro or a 19 mins walk away and has great shopping and so many places to eat. I’d happily recommend and we definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The linens and towels were very nice. We stayed 5 days and had a stocked kitchenette with a large refrigerator. The daily breakfast was very nice! For the price this hotel was perfect for our visit.

Les studios sont top , tout équipés . C’est très propre . Le petit dej est parfait : très très copieux pour peu cher …. La Défense est à quelques minutes à pied et la salle u-arena 20 minute à pied . Seul bémol : ce mail automatique reçu qui demande l’heure d’arrivée (chambre dispo qu’à partir de 15h00), 1 fois celle donnée , par exemple entre 15h et 16h00, réponse qui dit: « selon la disponibilité !!!! » voilà cela engendre du stress alors que la chambre est réservée , payée .

The floors were filthy, the pillows on the bed stained yellow, the bathroom smelled like mold and sewage. The hotel is super hard to find.
