The new rebuild is good. Room was excellent although staff appeared to miss the magic marker art put on the wall by some child. Excellent buffet. Staff at front desk differed in understanding their own facility. We asked early about luggage storage after checkout. The first person said they had this service and to come to front desk for it. The day we checked out we were directed to a pay by the hour basement locker area that was only accessible by two sets of stairs. No elevators. So, very painful time lugging the bags up and down stairs.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Everything is accessible by wheelchair. Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast and good location. This time we had a car and the underground parking was very convenient. Although the entrance by car is a couple of blocks away, once you park there’s a lift that brings you right to the hotel entrance.

Wir hielten uns drei Tage im Hotel für einen Städtetrip auf. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber mit guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dennoch können wir keine 5 Sterne vergeben, da wir gleich zwei negative Punkte erwähnen müssen. Erstens besitzt das Hotel, entgegen den Angaben in der Onlinepräsenz, keinen Parkplatz. Es gibt ein öffentliches Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dieses ist jedoch kostenpflichtig (320 DKK pro 24 Std.). Da wir das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der zugesagten Parkmöglichkeit gebucht hatten, war dieser Umstand erheblich. Zweitens gab es in den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht einen einzigen Besuch des Zimmerservices. Keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier, keine Müllentsorgung. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass wir den Zimmerservice hätten dazu buchen sollen (online). Ohne Buchung, kein Service. Eine solche Regelung gab es bisher in noch keinem von uns besuchten Hotel. Abgesehen von diesen beiden Servicemängeln aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Just a normal hotel, good for business trips. Gym is old and not nice, but it is possible to drop in another Scandic hotel I the area to use the gym, this is a big plus. Sauna is nice!

Super beliggenhet og fint rom. Minus for sent innsjekkingstidspunkt (16:00) og de ønsket 200Dkr om vi ville sjekke inn før. Samtidig tilbød de ikke et sted vi kunne oppbevare kofferterne, men henviste oss til oppbevaringsbokser vi også måtte betale for. Dette oppleves ikke som god kundeservice.

Ophold som sådan OK men rengøringspolitiken er dårlig, ingen info ved incheckning, men kun ved opslag. Man skal informere om ønske om rengøring - det gjorde vi inden tidsfrist. MEN så er det skuffende at komme tilbage til rummet om eftermiddagen og erfare at der ikke er foretaget rengøring!!!

Rommene er slitte og trenger en skikkelig vask. Alt føles klissete og urent. Badet blir oversvømt med vann ved dusjing, og vasken på badet var tett. Generelt skuffet over oppholdet her, spesielt i denne prisklassen. Seng på rommet selges inn som Queen Size, men er en alt for myk 140-seng der hver eneste bevegelse fra partner føles som en vannseng. Sentral beliggenhet med parkering i kjeller, fin utsikt til sjøene og hyggelige ansatte. Kommer ikke tilbake.

Bad experience. They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask them to. This is unseen… We are used to stay in hotels many times a year. A service like this is unbelievable. On top of that, the hotel gives nursing home vibes. Dark rooms, no amenities. No phone to ring reception.

The room was dingy and smelled badly. There was a dead spider on one of the beds. The shower was very mouldy and the sink did not drain and as such was quite stained (and gross after use). The staff were very polite and kind upon check-in. The lobby area is nice and the gym was OK.

Good location for hop on off bus. Lots of restaurants. Be prepared for an expensive city. Hotel room was too warm. Thermostat didnt make a difference. No housekeeping unless you ask. Mold along the shower door

Good location and walkable to major attractions or bus stops / train stations. There is no phone provided in the room so if there is an issue you have to go up and down to get things resolved. We had 4 people in our room and received more hand towels then bath towels. We had to request to get our rooms cleaned each day from the front desk. Our room wasn't cleaned one day which was very annoying and I had to go up and down to get it resolved. Pillows are awful and you wake up in pain. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Det kan godt være jeg bestilte et standardværelse, men det kan altså også godt blive for småt .... 2 seniorer - seng op mod væg og 1 stol - virkede mere som et enkeltværelse der var sat en større seng ind i. Ikke prøvet det før og har ellers brug Scandic flere gange.

staff were nice and helpful, hotel was nicely positioned in the city. However, the room was small for a queen size bed. 1.40 wide. The airconditio did not work and the room was constantly hot, furthermore, when you use the aircondition there’s a constant rattle from the fan which will keep you up at night. In addition, the hallways are really noisy with poorly isolated doors. you’ll hear people walk by and enter their rooms.

Rengøringspersonalet ved rummet var yderst service mindet og hjalp med opfyldning af kaffe/the mv. under opholdet. Da vi ville ned og se hvad morgenmaden bestod af inden vi skulle tilkøbe denne, mødte vi uforskammet serverings personale. Vi kom ind i restauranten hvor der stod skilte fremme med morgenmadsbeskrivelsen. Imens vi gik og kiggede kom der pludseligt personale ud fra køkken området og spurgte hvad vi lavede der. Vi forsøgte at forklare at vi vidste at der var lukket, men blot lige ville læse skiltene i forhold til hvad morgenbuffeten bestod af. Men det var dame personlet fuldstændig ligeglad med, og smed os bogstaveligt talt ud af restauranten. Vi blev så overrasket over denne behandling, at vi besluttede os for, at vi ikke ville tilkøbe morgenmaden for os og de gæster vi skulle mødes med, samt overvejer ikke at gøre brug af scandic kæden fremover hverken privat som i firma regi. Vi føler at vi forsøgte at forklare i rolige toner hvad vi havde for og at vi ikke ville gå i vejen ej heller skabe en konflikt, men dette virkede personalet ligeglad med.

Ringede i forvejen og annoncerede at vi ankom sent til midnat. Vores værelse var ikke klargjort og der manglede sengetøj på sengene. Vi måtte vente 1/2 time på at de redte sengene kl op:oo-oo:30 og vi var naturligvis trætte

Blev chokad da jag blev tilldelad ett rum, men nar jag gick in var dar redan nagon som bodde dar!! Jag fick givetvis ett nytt rum, men det gav mig inget fortroende for hotellets personal. Synd eftersom laget och frukosten var annars bra. Dock behover man betala om man vill lamna vaskor pa hotellet efter det att man checkat ut.

Good location, not too far from 2 train stations. Fairly clean room. The AC in our room wasn’t working and took too long to find another room. Nothing given for the inconvenience of changing rooms. No phones in the room, so can’t call for housekeeping. Had to request room cleaning each day at the front desk (which had long line ups all the time), so there is no daily cleaning/service. And although we requested cleaning and was told our room would be cleaned, it wasn’t. So had to go back downstairs and wait again for towels. Very annoying. Don’t think they value overall customer experience that much. Basic hotel, room was clean and bedding comfortable except pillows were too soft, amenities included a sauna. Liked that they allowed us to use the lobby to eat and have a drink outside of their restaurant and bar (no purchase necessary).

Det hele var fint, men synes at når der er morgenmad til 10:30, bør der være alt til den tid, og ikke som de gjorde, begyndte at ryde af kl. 10. Brødet var ligesom bare lidt rester de fandt til os.

Morgenmaden var kedelig. Dårlig kvalitet. Røræg var "kunstig" bacon var tørre tern. Morgenboller var seje. Pandekager var købe pandekager med dårlig smag. Drikkevarerne var ok. Værelset var koldt. Vi bad personalet om at kigge på det. Da vi kom tilbage var det stadigvæk koldt og vi måtte selv henvende os til dem igen. De tilbød nyt værelse eller en varmeblæser. Vi bad om varmeblæseren, da vi ikke havde overskud til at flytte værelse. De ville komme op med den. Det gjorde de ikke. Vi forsøgte at bruge appen, der er på værelset (så man kan komme i kontakt med receptionen døgnet rundt) men vi fik ingen kontakt. Så prøvede vi at ringe til hotellet, men tlf. blev ikke taget. så vi måtte ned en gang mere, før det lykkedes at få en varmeblæser. Vi fik så en helt anden model end den vi var blevet vist nede i receptionen, så den larmede. For at holde varmen måtte vi have den kørende hele natten. Så weekenden endte med at vi begge var blevet forkølede. Selve værelset var pænt og rent. Dog er det irriterende selv at skulle bede om rengøring. Det burde være obligatorisk med mulighed for at fravælge det. God beliggenhed.
