Vi bodde här ett par nätter och är supernöjda! Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge, bara några minuter från centralstationen. Rummen var rena och fräscha, och personalen väldigt tillmötesgående. Frukosten var verkligen något extra – otroligt god och varierad, en av de bästa hotellfrukostar vi har haft! Vi hyrde cyklar direkt från hotellet till ett bra pris och cyklade runt i stan hela tiden – smidigt och kul sätt att ta sig runt. Det enda lilla minuset var att det saknades luftkonditionering, vilket gjorde det lite varmt i rummet. Men bortsett från det var det ett fantastiskt hotell, och vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Mjög snyrtilegt hótel stutt frá ráðhústorginu. Skemmtilegt útisvæði í miðju hótelsins, Þar sem hægt var að setjast niður með drykki.Snyrtileg og smekklega innréttuð setustofa í kjallara. Morgunverðarhlaðborðið var fínt, gott úrval og ferskt. Eina sem ég get sett út á að ekki var kaffivél á herbergjunum heldur ketill og duftkaffi. Hefði líka verið fínt að hafa ískáp á herberginu. Þjónustan var mjög góð og starfsfólkið liðlegt. Hægt var að fá leigð hjól á hótelinu.

We booked because we mistakenly thought the hotel had air conditioning. It doesn’t, but the staff helpfully provided fans and the double windows opened fully so the room was tolerable at night during the 3 hot days. The housekeeper emptied the trash and smoothed the bed linens daily, but didn’t clean the sink (or didn’t clean it well, because each day there was still a hair in the sink that had been there when I left in the morning) during our 4-night stay. She didn’t replace the empty box of tissues that I left next to the trash can or restock the toilet paper after I replaced the empty roll with the single new roll initially provided. The front desk and breakfast room staff were great. There’s a full buffet breakfast with several kinds of freshly baked bread, eggs, meats, yogurt , fruit, etc. The location is good.

God morgenmad og venligt personale. På en varm dag er det et minus at der ikke er noget Aircondition på værelset, en bordblæser hjælper ikke det store. Skal man parkere bilen anbefales det at bruge Sagahus som ligger 2min fra hotellet og ikke Codanhus som anbefales i Bestwestern mailen

The room was a lot older than depicted online. It had no AC though it was advertised with. Bathroom was modern, but there were half-levels in the flooring that could be possible to trip on. Floors in the main room creaked and it was possible to hear what happened in the adjacent rooms.

Very convenient location by the train station. Reception very nice, staff are great. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. For a double bed you get 2 slim duvets. Fine for a quick stay as a solo traveller but I wouldn’t really recommend for a longer romantic stay. But for the price it was fine.

The room is not very accommodating and the shower space is super tiny, we had to use all our towels to dry the bathroom floor after taking shower every single time. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has a great location.

Room was a little small, could of done with more of clean with bits on the carpet. Shower was very small as well in the bathroom and the shower itself was poor, low volume of water coming through. Great location to the train station though, 3-4 min walk away so convenient, but as with most hotels in Copenhagen they generally have small rooms. Breakfast we good and the ammenities are also good

Das Zimmer im 4. Stock in den Hinterhof war sehr ruhig. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon älter.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was clean, room was sufficiently spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room staff were particularly friendly and attentive. Room in need of cosmetic fixes. Housekeeping could be more attentive—our mugs were not cleaned or replaced and the tea, sugar, and milk were not replenished.

The staff and receptionists were all very accommodating during our 4 day and 3 night stay at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also exemplary with a lot of healthy options for kids and adults. The hotel is very clean, walkable, and in a great safe location.

Dejlig rolig beliggenhed, og alligevel kort afstand til gode restauranter, shopping og meget mere. Personalet var helt fantastisk. Og det gælder: reception, morgenmadsrestaurant, rengøring, bar m.fl. - alle var nærværende, søde og imødekommende. Dejligt at mærke den gode stemning blandt personalet. Hotellet har dejlig launch, skøn gårdhave. Meget hyggelige omgivelser.

I emailed to let the hotel know we will be arriving late, and we got stuck with a horrible room right by the elevator. Every time time the elevator moved, we could here the hum. When we asked for a different room, they of course were 100%occupied.

Good location w access to everything. Clean hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were very differently equipped w some having fans and some not. The single rooms were right above a playground. Though hours of use were appropriate. Most staff working were pleasant and helpful. The lady working 8/27 probably needs to find another career. Anything I asked seemed a bother. Rent a bike, a bother, ask her how the lock works, a bother. She finally told me she doesn’t ride a bike and didn’t know. You rent bikes - tourists are allowed to have questions!

Very convenient to get to from the airport using public transportation (mainly the train but metro as well). Also close to different touristic activities that start nearby. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is known for some night club activities but that did not turned out to be a major problem.

The hotel is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. The room felt a little basic (we had a suite and the photos were perhaps a bit generous) but nice enough. The location is convenient for the station but the area itself wasn’t great. The hotel is next to a strip club, round the corner from a sex shop and were sworn at by some of the local residents so perhaps not ideal for families!

The hotel is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. The room felt a little basic (we had a suite and the photos were perhaps a bit generous) but nice enough. The location is convenient for the station but the area itself wasn’t great. The hotel is next to a strip club, round the corner from a sex shop and were sworn at by some of the local residents so perhaps not ideal for families!

Promised “Valet Parking on street (dkk350).” Reason I booked this hotel. Was actually not available. Then hotel and Expedia would not release me from booking without losing my money. Promises made promises broken. And yet they offered nothing to help. I moved to another hotel at my own additional expense. Needed a car. Hotel is right next to a strip club. Breakfast is great!

Vi bodde här ett par nätter och är supernöjda! Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge, bara några minuter från centralstationen. Rummen var rena och fräscha, och personalen väldigt tillmötesgående. Vi hyrde cyklar direkt från hotellet till ett bra pris och cyklade runt i stan hela tiden – smidigt och kul sätt att ta sig runt. Det enda lilla minuset var att det saknades luftkonditionering, vilket gjorde det lite varmt i rummet. Men bortsett från det var det ett fantastiskt hotell, och vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

This property was great. It is extremely close to central station so convenient to get all over Copenhagen. The breakfast is a great deal, theres lots of options and all are good. The showers a little small but overalll the room is large. Would recommend staying here

We enjoyed staying here before and after our cruise. Great breakfast options, beautiful bathrooms, relaxing lounge and outside area. Comfortable beds and windows open for cool night air as no AC and limited fans. Great location!

This is a nice hotel within a 5 minute walking distance from the main railway station. The neighborhood is not the best looking in town, but it appeared very safe to us. The rooms are clean and simple. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff is very helpful. You can rent bicycles directly from the hotel. We had a room facing the street on the second floor so it was quite noisy, requiring the windows to remain closed; this may be problematic during a heat wave as there is no air conditioning, but a fan is supplied which worked for us. We would go back to this hotel again.
