MainStay Suites MSP Airport - Mall of America

1: Was given a room that was already occupied! Corrected, obviously. 2: Room was somewhat less than clean; debris on the floor under the table, hair & dust etc behind the bathroom door. 3: What looked like a permanent stain on the hand towel. 4: Coffee maker was broken & took more than a day to get it replaced. 5: Almost constant running water sound-like from a toilet that's trying to refill. 6: A dirty, muddy stain on the floor by the bed. 7: The care tags on the bedding were up at the top-not at the bottom where they should be. I know that sounds picky but it speaks to the overall care that goes into the upkeep & maintenance of the rooms.

På 3. forsøk på å gi oss rom, klarte de det. Røyklukt og rom som ikke var klargjort fra forrige gjester var rom 1 og 2, men ok på 3. rommet. Helt ok standard til den prisen, men ik mer enn det.
